The atmosphere was fun. The management, not so good. We had reservations to throw at 8 pm. We showed up 25 minutes early and figured we would just check in to get it out of the way. From the start they told us they were running behind with only 3 of the 5 lanes open and asked if they could push us to 9. We said no and that we would check back at 8 and see if they could fit us in. 8 o'clock comes and we are told they should be able to put us on a lane at 8:30. We decided we didn't want to wait and requested a refund. The young man at the desk, Kelly, was awesome, super friendly and clearly super overwhelmed. He told us that he did not have the ability to refund us, and the person that does wouldn't be in until like Tuesday. But he assured us we would get our refund. What kind of establishment doesn't have a manager on site on the busiest night of the week?!?! So I guess I'll wait until Tuesday and I'll be calling to speak to the manager. Hopefully they...

Made reservations for 8pm for my birthday. Had to wait an hour because they let a party with more people go in front of us. (And we weren't the only ones) We had to leave because we hired a babysitter for only a certain amount of time...Had to wait for the manager for a refund which said he would do the next day....and still waiting on my refund. Great food with a great throwing coach. So much to do under one roof that is amazing it wasn't packed on a Saturday evening. The Cali chicken sandwich I had was delicious. Great table service as well. The only unfortunate thing is it's location, behind a plaza, hidden from the main road. It's hard to just stumble across, so if you're not actively looking for it, you'll likely miss it. I would suggest better road front presence,...
