Probably the worst experience I have ever had eating in a restaurant. We were given a waitress who did not want to be there or care about her job. We had a party of 8 and all ordered our food together. She brought out a few peoples meals without fries or toast or condiments then never brought them. A half hour later the other peoples food was finally brought out after half the people were done eating already (half the meals they received). The food we did receive which we waited so long for was all cold. Their $12 skillet is not even a skillet. It is literally just cold eggs on top of hard burnt hash browns on a plate... They did not have silverware for us so we had to use plasticware. We never received our fries or toast after asking for them a handful of times. Waitress was very rude about asking for the items that she forgot or never brought. When we asked for napkins we were told we they only provide the napkin that comes with the silverware. Problem was we never even got silverware and I have never in my life been told no when asking for napkins a restaurant! When we asked to talk to a manager she said they do not even have a manger. Hard to believe a restaurant would not have a manager there on Mother's Day which is ridiculous. I normally do not leave negative reviews but this ruined Mother's Day for my mom and sister and nothing was done to correct...
Read moreI ordered a carry out for 2 chicken kabobs. Everything looked good even though they forgot to give a taziki. When I took my first bite of the chicken it was so incredibly spicy. By the time I was done with my second bite my tongue was burning and numb due to the heat. I didn't even have my son eat his kabob order because I was afraid he might have an asthma due to the spiciness. I called Leo's and explained the situation. She asked the cook and he stayed it was probably spicy due to the fact that they had just put the marinade on the chicken today and it usually has to sit for 24 to 48 hours. I asked the person on the phone if I could have a refund to put my name down and she stated I'd have to drive back and show them the chicken. I explain that I lived 15 minutes away so round trip that would be a half hour that would mean I'm spending close to an hour and just drive time going there. She stated tough luck that's all we can do. I explained this would be my last time going there and I frequent it at least twice a week and it didn't even not even seem to bother her that I would stop doing...
Read moreFood was decent. The building was neat and clean. The servers were attentive. We started out with saganaki and mozzarella sticks. The flaming cheese was excellent and the cheese sticks were fair. I had 2 special coney dogs with cheese and fries on the side. The dogs were great but the fries were just okay. They were virtually salt free and flavorless. It was irritating that when added, salt would not stick to them. Weirdly, the ketchup they have at the tables is awful. My wife and son both had burgers. With the exception of the bacon on my sons burger never arriving, they were both satisfied with them. The were very obviously not fresh pattied but frozen pre-pattied burgers. For a 1/3 pound and 1/2 pound burger, they seemed very thin. We ordered the following: 5 piece mozzarella sticks 1 order of saganaki 1/3 pound bacon cheeseburger with fries 1/2 pound Leo burger with fries 2 special coney dogs with cheese and a side of fries 2 cokes 1 strawberry shake Total after...
