Iâm from out of town and went to explore this mall because it seemed unique. My boyfriend and I walked out a door that said âexitâ and âJohn Waldron Arts Centerâ with an arrow pointing out the door. It lead into a fenced in alley way between the mall and the art center. We tried to go through the door at the art center. The art centerâs door was locked and the door we had just came through locked behind us. We were stuck. All doors were locked. Even the one leading to the street. A person walking by, when requested for help, he wouldnât and said he wasnât from there. We eventually got freed by my boyfriend scaling the wall and jumping down, going back through the building and letting me out.
There are no signs posted that the door auto locks and hours are not posted. There are no signs out the door listing a number in case you get stuck.
We eventually found a security guard, she was really nice. She did say sheâll talk to maintenance and theyâll put a sign up. But just in case they donât, I wanted to leave a review to warn...
