I’ve been a riding this crazy Hair circus for almost 25 years, and Melissa in the Twin Cities center has been with me for over half of that! I originally became a client “against my will” when an old employer made it an unwritten job requirement, so it’s certainly been a wild ride, but it’s proven a successful one and Melissa has been a HUGE part of that! Her commitment, professionalism, talent, personality, and leadership skills are more than apparent in the center and have all certainly blossomed over the years … but after seeing her nearly weekly for over a decade, she’s become part of my extended family and has truly become a friend. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! I joined hair club for hair loss and hair thinning.. They make it seem like you all have professionals treating you, but that is far from the case I was under the impression that there would be at least a dermatologist on staff at the very least, but no, no dermatologists. These people are literally hairdressers that are trained to wash your hair and put you under a lamp and that’s all!!! All of the products that they sell you you can find on Amazon not to mention in order for minoxidil to have any beneficial effects. You need to be taken at least 5% there minoxidil is only 2% so I was told by dermatologist office that their minoxidil isn’t even beneficial . When I would ask them about hair loss questions, they would refer me too many people outside of their office and couldn’t answer any of them. For $5000 I should at least be able to see a professional in office and not have to wait months to see a dermatologist outside the office. Save...
