None of them have ever suffered from anything in their life... and I feel like that is a major flaw in the system...I believe doctors who actually endure the same things as others are not only the best option but it should be only way they can enter a field of practice... Otherwise how could they possibly understand pain or suffering.... among the other plagues of this world? ... just more fantasies that are just that...a fantastic illusion. Update: Due to this facilities lack of care and abandoning me.... When I told the doctor the truth of what I was doing....but his OFFICE made sure to dictate my care. NOT THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH. I ended up having a seizure behind the wheel doing over 50 miles an hour. I never had the chance to stop. I totaled my vehicle.. flipped it- took out a tree and some mailboxes. Thank God I did not hurt or kill anybody - but in the process I have 11 sets of broken ribs, broken nose, fractured sternum, collapsed lung, along with tearing my aorta and spinal injuries... I was never supposed to make it to the hospital but I did and I survived and now I'm speaking out. They did me wrong. They should have supervised me coming off my medication but they didn't.... and now I'm going to have to live with this because of them worshipping the new God... The almighty American dollar.
I Will NOT LOWER MY VOICE. YOU WILL NEVER SILENCE ME. I WILL NEVER BACK DOWN. I WILL BE THE THORN IN YOUR SIDE THAT YOU CAN NEVER REACH TO REMOVE. I WILL MAKE SURE TO CAUSE AN INFECTION THAT...
Read moreHad a hectic morning and due to an address change and my own mistakes, I didn't have my insurance number card. I was working on finding it. Though to be honest, I almost immediately felt uncomfortable at their office. The forms were very concerned with being late or missing appointments in a way that made me feel more like a high-school student or a child than an adult seeking medical care. Never seen medical forms quite like them. Then a poor woman came in and they openly discussed her treatment in the lobby (hippa violation?) after having mistakenly scheduled her a month out follow up instead of a one week follow up as expected. There were no appologies or empathy for her. I was furious on her behalf, but I need help so I stayed. Then I asked for access to their wifi necause i had no cell service, which was unusual.... and despite having 3 ports, no one knew passwords or was willing to help in any way, so I couldn't access the website I needed in order to obtain my insurance membership number. Then the receptionist told me it would be $260 up front. Again the receptionist was awful and I felt a bit humiliated and certainly didnt feel like this place cared about anyone there. Hopefully because I left the woman who was mischeduled will be seen quickly. Maybe it...
Read moreI can't say enough good about Dr. Beck and his team! At my first appointment Dr. Beck provided an excellent consultation and recommendations for my situation. He took time with me and listened and I felt and still feel he really cares. You don't see that enough in health care, especially in my experience with the actual doctor. His nurse, Nurse Jamie has excellent communication, while I'm there or at home on a random Tuesday, she always helps me with what I need. I feel she wears many hats and wears them all very well! She's just wonderful to work with and talk to! Overall, I feel extremely comfortable with Dr. Beck and nurse Jamie and would recommend them to anyone looking for a pain specialist! Also, when you go in you'll probably be greeted with a sweet lady named Ruth?, I believe thats her name. She is supposed to be right where she is. You walk in with pain and she's patient and understanding. Purley wonderful people working there and they give the best experience...
