U.S. Bank Branch — Attraction in Blue Ash

I waited 25 minutes to withdraw money inside the bank. There was someone ahead of me who waited 35 minutes. There were three people working there, and all three were doing long transactions (opening business accounts, opening CD’s, loans, etc.). They did not pause any of those large transactions to help anyone standing in the bank or waiting at the drive through. The line inside went to the door, and at least 6 people left. The line for the drive through went to the street. They helped no one for over half an hour waiting. The phones were ringing off the hook, and when they actually picked up the line, they placed them on hold and never went back to the call. There is no reason to leave zero people to help for normal transactions, and that’s exactly what they did, they didn’t even help when someone was reviewing a document to sign. They just sat there. I finally got my money (I would have used the ATM but it only does increments of $20 and doesn’t do $50’s any longer), and there was just a couple minutes left before closing. I doubt the majority of people waiting there got helped before they closed and likely shooed them out and likely refused to help the people at the drive through. I couldn’t believe they just ignored at least 20 - 30 waiting for simple transactions. Just...

Actually I like this place, clean environment and friendly attitude of most people. But unfortunately I was received by a racist woman named Kellie. The whole process was torture and full of mistakes. Even more outrageous is asking me to submit materials that are not under my name. Thanks to the gentleman working the front desk for his help, unfortunately I don't remember his name. His friendly attitude and professional knowledge are appreciated and convincing. So...

They don't seem particularly interested in your business here. I tried (twice) to open an account with them, only to be shooed away because it was too close to closing time (half an hour). I ended up going to a different bank that was happy to do it, and it took a grand total...
