Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Blue Springs

This Papa Johns is pretty good but today not so much. First off, they are no longer doing the any size, any topping for $10. Instead they are now charging two dollars more, which is fine, what ever. It's still a pretty good price for a large any topping pizza. Anyways, I called and ordered half supreme, half veggie lovers on one pizza and half pineapple and ham and half cheese on the other, both for delivery and I paid by credit card over the phone and we are told 35 to 45 minutes. Well an hour passes and we call up to check the status on or pizza. She tells us it's on it's way. I ask my husband to ask her what address she has for us .. I guess she thought she put us on hold or something because we can hear her asking, "What should I tell them?". I was not happy. She gets back on the phone and tells us the street name and tells us it's on it's way once again. Well a good 20 minutes later it arrives only to find out from the delivery person the order was put down as carry out. Why would we pay for a carryout over the phone? Upon further inspection of the pizza, not only were the toppings all wrong, but the pizza had clearly been reheated. Not very happy that we weren't told the truth upfront. I would have been more than happy to wait a little bit longer for two replacement...

First time ever leaving a review on something. I ordered a pizza. ONE pizza, it was suppose to be here in 32 mins, an hour later still no pizza so I called to just ask where it is, she places me on hold then it hung up. So, I thought it was an accident and called again and a lady named Olivia answered and I said "Yes, I ordered a pizza an hour ago and it was suppose to be here 30 mins ago and I was just wondering where it was" in the nicest way possible. She hestitated then said "It's on its way" then I said "How do you know that you don't know my name or my order?" And she hung up! I feel like there is a serious problem with this Papa Johns location and something needs to be done.

We've normally had decent experiences ordering here in the past but tonight was such a letdown. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and a chicken alfredo papa bowl. Both were extremely disappointing. The pizza dough was partially cooked with partially raw bits of dough in the crust stuck to the cheese. Asked for extra sauce and barely got any except for by the crust. We also ordered the 3 cheese topping and didn't receive that, just normal cheese. They put mounds of banana peppers on the pizza but totally skimped on the other toppings. The chicken alfredo bowl was EXTREMELY salty and had literal pools of oil. We ordered it with just chicken, spinach, and onion, but for some reason they decided to add green peppers in it, which we did not ask for. Left a review with photos through doordash (the doordash delivery person himself was great though!) Super unfortunate experience this...
