I don’t really ever leave reviews but my family and I are EXTREMELY UPSET!!! I’m sure it would be a great place if they let full families enjoy it together. Wouldn’t let my 3 1/2 year old play cuz they only let 4 year olds play. Not sure what the big difference between a 3 and a 4 year old is. They finally said my 3 year old could do mini golf but I would have to wait in the lobby with my baby cuz I couldn’t even hold my baby to watch my 3 year old play. They need to make it more clear that NOTHING is available for anyone under 4 and you can’t even enter to watch your other children if they have younger siblings. Very disappointing experience especially since we drove a distance to find something to do on a rainy day. You all need to get new not cheap insurance and in the mean time man up and say absolutely NO ONE under 4 years old is welcome here!
Reading some reviews now because my husband and I are so livid. Seeing some from months ago about people in the same spot as us. People who have children younger than 4 who had to wait in the lobby or were turned away because the policy was not clear on the website. That was months ago and the owner responded to the posts saying thank you and we will make it clear. Well months later I can tell you it’s not clear. The problem is not fixed! Not a very professional place and would take A LOT for me to ever consider coming back even when my children reach the...
Read moreThis was the perfect place to spend a day with my 3 boys! From start to finish, we enjoyed each activity, each friendly and helpful staff member and the cleanliness of The Zone. Cora and Libby were friendly faces at the front desk willing to help us choose the right activities for the day. Rick helped us with the escape room, which was a series of exciting clues used to escape Granny’s Attic! Rick was also a great help throughout the day as we explored the Mirror Maze and Time Freak! The mirror maze is not to miss - what a trip! Time Freak is really fun and high energy. Another highlight of our day were the batting cages for my baseball obsessed boys. The cages are clean, high tech and use real balls rather than the rubber ones that hurt your hands. Keri set them up for Laser tag, which is also very high tech and a blast! The boys thoroughly enjoyed the Ninja Zone with Adaline. She was patient, encouraging and great with the kids. We finished our day with glow in the dark mini golf which is unlike any mini golf we’ve ever done! The kids LOVED it! If you are looking for a place to take the kids - this is it! It’s unlike any other indoor kids place in SC or IL! Thanks to everyone at the Zone for welcoming...
Read moreThis place is overpriced and weird with its financial advice vibes and signage. They transfer credit charge fees to their customers. The lady at the front is a BIG reason we will not come back - rude. We wanted the ninja course and putt-putt but she talked is into something bigger (its fine). When we finished the ninja course she got the kids started on puttputt then said we hadn't paid for it. A discussion about additional charges for the golf happened then the lady (older, slim, blond) turns to her friends that were hanging out and starts saying how she learned a lot of lessons and how some people are SO cheap... right in front of us. I was a spectater until she angrily suggested a full refund. When mom started to say we didn't need all of that I said she should keep walking, do the refund and we could leave. It just needed to end. The refund happened and she starts chatting me up about the weather and asking the kids about the puttputt and I'm thinking can we just leave? Just let us go already, this whole thing just needs to end!
Sidenote : I wonder how they can use copyrighted Disney materials (and others) to decorate their putt putt area. This might end up being a financial/legal lesson for...
