Prime Time Grille — Restaurant in Bluffton

We arrived prior to a movie and advised our server as soon as we were seated. There was an extended wait food. We ordered 3 appetizers, 1 wrap, and a kids grilled cheese. After 39 minutes of waiting we inquired how much longer and were advised 5 minutes. We requested to pay since we only had 25 minutes to eat. Orders came out in shifts after asking again at 35 minute mark. They came in 5 minute increments. After 50 minutes we were still missing the wrap. One kid spilled water and it took over 15 minutes for napkins for us to clean it up and the server never refilled it. We saw the manager or owner apologizing to other tables but they never came by and we could not even get our server. We made eye contact with every worker while trying to get napkins for us to clean up the water and a refill without acknowledgment. Our server, the manager, and other workers were not interested in assisting us. We ended up having to leave and never received the wrap which was paid for. When I walked in there was no host in sight the bartender looked at us and ignored us. Then the host came out look at us and ignored us too we were a party of 2. Then a party of 6 came in and they were friends with the host and as soon as he saw his friend he sat them immediately and ignored me when I was trying to talk to him. One of his friends even told him we were there first and he refuse to acknowledge us. Once we finally got a table we spent 23 minutes waiting for a server to greet us and order drinks but no one ever came over. I made eye contact with every single employee in that restaurant and during the almost 40 minutes we were in the restaurant. This place is so damn good. I ordered one of their burgers and geesh. It was cooked to PERFECTION (medium) as i requested. It seems to be rare to actually get a burger cooked to temp as requested. You can accessorize your burger to your liking with a list of toppings and sauces. The seasoned fries are the closest thing to a McDonalds french fry you can get without going to the golden arches. Salted and peppered to perfection. The onion rings are the star. they are homemade and generous in size. The beer is cold!!!!! we had Dalton as our server and he was "on top" to our needs.
