I've been coming here for years and loved the place since walking in 6 or 8 years ago. My wife and I really like the assortment of frozen pre-made delicious meals, breads and spices too. There's a little of many good thing's just look around. I was really disappointed one time that they were out of their chicken salad that my wife and I like for a quick sandwich. I mentioned it to the lady at the counter and she got the owner over and told him. He said he'd noticed and was working on it as we spoke. I said fine I'll be back by tomorrow. That evening about 7 pm the doorbell rang and my wife went to the door and it was the owner Jay with a pound of chicken salad to my surprise. I asked how he'd found me and he said we have a common friend he saw after I'd left and had asked for my address so he could drop it by. Im glad when I'd gotten home that day I didn't go online and bash them for being out of my favorite chicken salad. He didn't mention payment but I told him I'd be by the next day for payment. I did ask what the nice lady's name was and he said thats Diana my wife and we've been friends ever since. Their prices may seem high and actually they are but just like everything else in this world and prices do fluctuate. My first experience at the butcher made me definitely come back!! I'm not much of a cook but while I was visiting I thought I could work on my culinary skills. The first time I came in the store I was warmly greeted by a gentleman named Chris,he help me figure out what to make for dinner gave me a recipe gave me a sample of what it should taste like. I had such an incredible experience I'm back-and-forth to visit quite frequently so every single time I go I make sure that I stop by and pick something up every time Chris is there he helps me out make sure that I know how to cook the meat,cut it and he'll give me some tips and recipes if need be. The meet quality here is very high everything I've made has turned out great! I've also bought their chilli that they sell premade what you just throw in a pot and heat up and it was delicious!!! I have been coming to this butcher shop for nearly 3 years - in fact, I get gift certificates for friends, buy lots when I'm having family visit, and I absolutely love it. Every month there's something new they've cooked up. The orzo salads, tortellini salads, desserts, Swedish meat balls, meat loaf (AMAZING), skirt steaks, NY Strips, flank steaks. I could go on. Not only is the service great AND friendly, but the meat and quality of the meals are excellent.

I work at a place that has 95% excellent reviews. There are always the 5% that either had a bad day, are impossible to please, or generally don't like you. You can't please 100% of the people.
