It’d be great for this post to impact even just one person in the better direction they and many more like them deserve. One step forward in the right direction will get you closer to what really matters to you the day you’re asked if you regret anything in life.

It’s great for hiking on your own, or my favorite with significant other! Beautiful all seasons of the year. If you’re from Boise or visiting it’s at the back left of downtown. Start in the back for a more hiking friendly experienc. Challenge yourself and with any phone or watch time yourself from the beginning and set some goals people!! Let’s increase and improve our physical fitness/health. At the same time absorbing and taking in the sights, which I know every person on this planet could use less screen time.

Great park to take the kids and family to have a picnic. Kids always love to play on the jungle gym. Toss a frisby, baseball, football. Don’t forget to take man’s best friend and they are always good to ensure going to bed early after a fun day of being active.

Keep up the momentum and love your family/pets. Be the person people wanna become. DONT FORGET THE CHECK OFF THE 4 L’s of each day; LEARN LAUGH LOVE and...

This park has great play equipment for children and added bonus exercise equipment for adults to get fit too. They have adequate bathrooms big enough for people with wheelchairs. There are plenty of walking trails which the city is working very hard to improve the landscaping scenery.

My only recommendation is that the stairs should extend all the way down the hill facing the playground for better safety and accessibility because it is difficult to walk up a steep hill with only dirt in place. Also, it is dangerous to try to walk down the steep hill after the stairs end because it can result in tumbling down the hill since it is difficult to control your walking speed going straight down the steep hill. So, I would recommend taking a different trail if you have children and avoid trying to go down that steep hill to avoid injury. Since they are working on many projects to improve the site at this time, I am sure they will finish the stairs as they have...

I grew up right across the street from the park back in the 60s and early 70s. We had a lot more freedom back then. Boise had a lot less people running around back then. Hiking and exploring is restricted to trails only now to reduce erosion and the city has put stairs in at the top of Angel's Slide. The stairs make it nice for ascending the last few yards and has eliminated erosion at the top. Very nice! The view from up top is fantastic! It all seemed much bigger back then, but it is much more beautiful to see now. Well worth the short climb to the top with several short moderate walking routes to the top and mountain biking trails leading to just about any length anyone would ever want. Very family...

Best Park in Boise. Bring your pets, kids, family, even your ex!! It's a beautiful place to share with people you really care about, or people you don't! 🤷‍♂️ Trails are perfect for running or biking. Some trails are exclusive to foot traffic but most are pet and bike friendly. Make it to the top to get one of the greatest views in Boise. You can see the capitol and surrounding towns. Or stay at the bottom and enjoy the large array playground and workout equipment or make friends with one of the family's that always bring a volleyball set to really get the most out of the place!

Camel's back park is a nice park that also has acces to the foothill trail system with lots of great paths for hiking and biking. the park is clean and has a nice playground with glued mulch so you dont have to worry much about your little ones getting splinters. The park also hosts the annual Hyde Park Street Fair which is a fun outdoor market type event with local vendors. Boise youth soccer also hosts kids soccer classes there starting at 2.5 years old, would definitely recommend those guys for some fun for your toddler.

This as a gem of a park with trails you can hike. They have an older tennis area that is very nice for those that want to train to become a future tennis star. It is a pretty good size part in the small community just outside of Hyde park areas where there is all kinds of small restaurants and places you can get your alcohol drinks. As you will see in the pics there in the dirt area you must climb up to get to the steps that takes you to the hump of the camel. At my age I will just view it from here please.
