FunFlatables - Bolingbrook — Attraction in Bolingbrook

We were having family come in from out of town. I called funflatables of Bolingbrook on Saturday to inquire if they had normal business hours on Presidents day. The person who answered the phone was uncertain but said she thought so. I followed ip with a call again on Sunday and was told that yes they were open on Presidents day and had regular operating hours. We had planned on going at 3:00 on Presidents day with our 2 year old grandaughter and some other family members. My Grandaughter was so excited and it was all she talked about for days prior. I touched base on Monday as soon as they opened just to be safe as traveling with Littles can be an experience all of its own. As we pulled up in front of fun flatables and walked to the door my Grandaughter was beyond d excited. As we approached the door there was a sign that read "Closed for private party". This was at 4:00 in the afternoon, my Grandaughter was devastated and heartbroken as was I. It was too late at this point to try and find a toddler friendly play place for my Grandaughter. I called Funflatables as I was very upset. I kindly asked for a manager and was told there was not one there on Presidents day. I explained the situation and the extremely rude, unprofessional female who answered the phone said " Well it was a last minute booking". She then added and I'm not the one who told talked to you previously. Our guests and my Grandaughter left Tuesday morning very dishearted since they came here specifically to go there with our Grandaughter since where they live does not have anything like this. So extremely saddened by this experience and the unprofessional manner I was treated/spoke to. Lesson learned the hard...

The worst place to host a birthday party and I'll explain why. First and foremost don't believe the brochure, or the manager of this facility. I paid $275.00 to be completely ignored by the staff and who was the HOSTESS because their sure wasnt one. It's ok we have proof from the cameras they have in the facility, if corporate has more brains than the manager which isnt saying much they will figure it out, nobody in that building which was only two females knew how to conduct a birthday party. The manager never even came into the party room to introduce herself, never even acknowledged anyone, honestly this was by far the worst experience. One of the little girls injured herself and was bleeding from her forehead and the manager wasn't even concerned one bit. The other young lady put in effort to some what assist with the party and the injured girl but these employees need serious training, that female manager shouldn't be working there if she isn't a people person. With the kids only being 3 to 4 yrs old they had a great time, but the parents were a little confused and baffled that nobody from the facility introduced themselves at all.

And can someone explain what the $275.00 covered because it sure wasnt for the service. I will get corporate involved so others don't have to experience this, I dont give this place that long to stay open anyways as it's basically dead nearly...

Had a birthday party here, not a great experience. Service was bad as in I had to go up and ask for everything, drinks, then pizza when it was sitting on the counter ready to go, then cake, then stuff to cut and serve the cake, then forks, then plates. Probably went to the desk 10 times while the 2 young ladies were sitting there either on their phones or whatever else. They weren't really watching any kids or giving rules and kids just doing what they wanted. I don't like the over bearing staff that yells or blows the whistle every 2 minutes but there should be a middle ground but this was non existent. All together I spent close to 600 bucks and just expected more as a couple years ago I went to funflatables and it was great, like 5 rooms full of jumpies and single party at a time in each room, this was nothing like that just one big room for parties, walk ins whatever. This isn't a place I'd go to again especially for the money, there's just so many better options having 5 kids I definitely have experience in this but if you're just walking by and want to pay 12 bucks for your little one to run wild have at it this is the only reason it got 2 stars from me. P.s. bathrooms were pretty disgusting too, pads and dirty tissues etc. Sitting on the ground...
