Kids Empire Bolingbrook — Attraction in Bolingbrook

Kids Empire in Bolingbrook Promenade is so great!!! The second that me, my husband, and almost 2-year-old son walked in, we were so impressed by how big, clean, bright, and colorful it was inside!! Such a large facility and so wonderfully decorated for the kids! We love that they opened less than a year ago because it was so nice and clean inside! I know that kids facilities can get dirty fairly quickly; I hope this location maintains its cleanliness because it is just so nice inside!

There is an infant/toddler area in addition to the big kid/adults play area. Both spots were so much fun!! Ball pits, obstacle courses, slides, and even a little motor car area. We all definitely got our workout in today! Everything is clean, padded, and in bright colors. So incredibly cute!! They allow you to wear your own socks, and they sell socks if you need. If you have an early walker or even an experienced toddler, I highly suggest bringing grippy socks for them because the floors/pads may be a little slick especially when they walk fast or climb anything.

The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful, especially when we had so many questions about booking our son’s next birthday party there. One staff member named John even gave our son a small tattoo sticker and a sucker as a compliment for our first time there! It is the little things that make a difference when you are a customer somewhere.

The sevice here is absolutely amazing!! We had a birthday party here a couple months ago (been meaning to post sooner, but life lol). Victoria, Alondra, and Lindsey? ( I'm sorry if I got it wrong!) Went the second mile for service. I'm not sure if they noted that the party for the birthday boy (4), only had big kids(6 and teens). So birthday boy was mostly on his own and they took it upon themselves to go play with him. My son had a blast! They were also extremely attentive when checking in if we needed more drinks or anything throughout the party. They helped me with set up and some clean up during. The package that we ordered came with decor, cake, food and drinks, those lil gummy snacks, kid bags, Huggy dance party and photos, and game card, credits for the bikes, and one free pass for birthday boy and a certificate for everyone to sign that came to his party. They took care of letting us know when food, Huggy and cake were coming out. Only thing we had to worry about was the decor and cake since we opted to bring our own and keeping an eye on birthday boy. Definitely have yours and guests waivers ready to go before you get there to make check in smoother. After our alloted party time was up. We were allowed to stay til closing. Which was great cause we didn't know how we were gonna get birthday boy out lol 10/10...

This was my first time coming to Kids Empire, and I had heard so many good things about it, so I was really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment due to the poor customer service especially from the manager on duty, Jorge.

Instead of being greeted with a friendly and welcoming attitude, Jorge was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we asked a simple question, he responded with a dismissive tone, making us feel like we were a burden rather than valued guests.

It was uncomfortable, especially in a place that’s supposed to be fun and family-friendly. The rest of the staff also seemed tense, and Jorge’s attitude only made things worse. He treated his employees like trash. I feel so bad they have to work with someone who is not a good manager.

Kids Empire might have a great reputation, but this visit did not reflect that at all. I hope they address these issues because first impressions matters and families deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. This is my first time and my last time visit this location. Kid empire make sure you hire managers that are good at customer service. I will make sure to let everyone know to stay away from this location. I do not want anyone else to go through what me and my family...
