I went in here for the first time to get my bracelet cleaned. I was greeted immediately, as there was no one else in the store. (Just the 3 store associates) Of the 3 associates, one of them said oh I can help you. She immediately took the bracelet, came back with a sheet that had a picture of my bracelet on it. Told me to sign it and print my name. She asked if I was coming back to get my bracelet today I told her I would be. I asked how long, she said about 30 minutes. When I did go back to pick it up, I did not see that same store associate but there were others and all associates were with customers. Someone did tell me they would be with me in a moment. When the guy finished with his customer, he didn’t come immediately over to me. He said someone would be with me in a moment. Then he asked if I was picking up a bracelet I told him yes. So I guess because it was such a small thing, and everyone else was still busy with their customers, he decided that at that moment he would help me. Read moreBUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! I purchased gifts for my family for the holidays and needed to exchange for a different size. I had the receipt and the items were not worn and still in packaging. They refused the exchange and Anna, the manager, told me to sell it on Facebook Marketplace. I then called the Pandora customer service number and spoke with a lady for over 47 minutes, by the name of Wilberta, who was working on helping me with this issue. She was going to have her supervisor look into this situation and call me back The next day. It is December 4th and no call back. The worst policy for jewelry I have ever dealt with, the worst customer service both in store and over the phone and I will never ever buy another item from them ever and I have spent a lot of money over the years with Pandora and have made Pandora a staple in my gift giving over the years. On this day, I was just browsing the store while waiting for dinner reservations. The staff was so helpful in showing me pieces that I could add to my collection. I wasn't even aware that previously purchased items were cataloged by Pandora. The staff was able to look up my previously purchased item to help me match it to my collection perfectly. Mother's Day is right around the corner, I was shown the new Pandora link to sign in & start collecting points. It also has a feature where I can add items to my wishlist and share it with my loved one to help them select the perfect gift for me at any time. Pandora is so much more than charm bracelets.
