pOpshelf — Attraction in Bolingbrook

Every since this store popped up, I cannot stop coming in. It brings so much joy to come into a clean, warm, and welcoming environment with phenomenal staff. On this trip in, I was taken care of by Dina throughhout the store. She did break the news that one of my favorite scents are leaving in car scents, room sprays and essential oils. That amazing scent is: Citron Berry. PLEASE BRING IT BACK 😭😭😭 I can always count on great deals and promos and spoiler alert, the store always smells so good and guess what scent is being diffused???? Ding, Ding, Ding CITRON BERRY!!!!! This is a great staple and I really hope it's not being discontinued forever and just for Summer. The other ones are okay but cannot compare to this one. I don't have a wax warmer but I definitely bought a few wax melts and put it in my candle and woolah, I have my favorite scent for a little longer. It's the little things that make a rough day better and walking into the store, just puts me in a better mood. Dina helped me with every question and even offered tips. She didn't treat me like a number or rush me when the next customer was beyond impatient. it was exciting to find something i really like on their website so i ordered a bunch of it to pick up. also added other things to the order. but when the order was pulled, they only had about 15% of what was ordered and none of what i really wanted. the order pickup policy stated that any order not picked up on the day selected would then be restocked and refunded. since this store was a long drive for me, i decided that just going to pick up items i didnt really need but just added to the order was not worth it so i let the order sit. it was never refunded and now i am working thru the bank to dispute the charge. i called the store and was told you have to go through a district manager to get a refund...

I was looking for decor for my baby sprinkle and their team went above and beyond to help me get balloons and everything I need. They were so kind and accommodating.
