If I could give this establishment a zero I would. I always seem to get poor service when I come to this place. I haven't been in a while and my kids were craving Burger King so we went through the drive-thru where we were not greeted but rather treated like we were bothering the drive-through person named Michelle. She was very short and kept cutting me off and was overall unfriendly. When we ordered our food we were asked to drive to the front of the restaurant and the rest of our order would be brought out which was everything except the two drinks that she had handed us through the window. We sat out there for 10 minutes and finally my son and I went inside because no one seemed to be coming out even though the drive-thru was not busy nor was the lobby of the restaurant. We walked in to see that our things were in a bag and again I was approached by the cashier Maria who had a poor attitude and was told "oh are you the person that was waiting for their order?" I responded that yes I was and she said oh the Icee machine is down so did you want to get something different. So they had me and my kids sitting out there for 10 minutes waiting on our food and no one came out to tell us that the Icee machines were not in service. I said no and asked for my receipt as well as a refund on the Icees. I get to the car and I checked the bags and of course we're missing a couple of things and I went back in and again I was met with a poor attitude from Maria and a roll of the eyes. I don't understand why people decide to work in the restaurant industry and have such poor attitudes towards the customers. I spent $32 today on lunch for myself my coworker and my kids and got rude customer service and missing items. I will never be back to this location again. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 minutes to the location in downtown Naperville where you are always greeted with a smile and treated the way...
Read moreI'm a regular at this BK and have been for more than 5 years. I typically go just after lunch time or just after dinner time. Cleanliness, Service & mgt is avg to well above avg for typical BKs, especially considering they have just been through a busy part of the day and may be expected to need to maintain the dining room: they usually do well in that regard (I work for Culver's Restaurant, where cleanliness and service are high priorities). Exception: Ownership's choice to use cheap fixtures means the toilets clog easily and are often found that way. Food is consistently well prepared and acceptably hot. They are accommodating as regards special food requests; I always have no salt fries, which means they have to drop a fresh basket for me every time. They will make burgers on the flame broiler during slow times of the day, on request (when it's often not in use in any BK). I drive to this location in preference to 3 others which are from 1/2 to 3 miles closer to home. In the Immediate vicinity are Jewel, Meijer's, Lowes, Home Depot, Big Lots, Goodwill, Target and gas stations which means I can efficiently run other errands if I have any. 3.5 to 4 stars.
When reading reviews bear in mind ppl are 10 X more likely to post complaints than compliments. Not only do ppl EXPECT a good experience and feel no need to comment when they have one, but venting about unhappiness tends to make ppk feel better. Get home called them and get someone on the phone that calls herself Leslie. I asked to speak to the manager I'm told the Manager only speaks Spanish.. she was rude and ignorant. I’m even calling corporate to complain... Sad you try to put money in your community and this happens...
