The Vine Boutique — Attraction in Bonaire

I really enjoyed myself the first few times I shopped here... but this last visit on New Year’s Eve disappointed me.. I found a top I really liked that was a turtle neck but they didn’t have my size.. so I asked the employee (I think her name was courtney) if they had anything similar to it.. she just proceeded to tell me no that they didn’t have anything really with high necks... I proceeded to look around myself since she didn’t want to help... really disappointed in the fact they would hire someone who didn’t care enough to help me find something similar to what I was looking for. I love this place! I visited about a week ago. This was my second visit. First visit I was looking for particular sport team apparel. This isnt the place for that. But my second visit I was out to just browse. I certainly love the apparel and accessories they have. Lots of long necklace jewelry, some sandals, mostly wedge-like, many different colors of casual or casual dressy tops in solid colors or print, jeans, and saw a few handbags too. Sizes seemed to be well tailored. And they do have some trendy plus sizes. The girls working that day were very friendly and helpful. This is my next favorite...

Never been more put off by a shopping experience than I did today, went in for some retail therapy after losing a loved one because I saw some cute clothes hung up outside. Girls didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. You work at a boutique, you’re not special. There is absolutely zero reason to disregard paying customers, even if you don’t look like the regular expected clientele. As a business owner whoever is running this place should be ashamed by the hospitality demonstrated by these two. Who knows, owner is probably encouraging it based off of other reviews with experiences...
