The service at SURGE is terrible. Friday night around 8:00 my plan was to order supper in the restaurant while the kids played. The hostess desk was unmanned so we waited 10 minutes. Still no one. We left and went to the arcade. We came back about 30 minutes later. Still no hostess. I walked to the bar and asked if we seat ourselves. Oh no. Someone will come seat us, they said. We waited again. And waited. It was as if we were invisible. Finally the manager? came and seated us. No wait staff in sight on the floor. However, they were gathered up at the kitchen door. Three of them were laughing and talking among themselves. Twenty minutes later at the table, still no one. We finally got up and took our menu to the hostess desk to leave. Suddenly a waitress appeared. I handed her the menu and told her what happened on our way out. Honestly, none of the 8 or so bus boys and workers seem to care at all. Please hire some...
Read moreI’m not hard to please, i rarely leave negative reviews if any at all which I’m trying to start doing (for positive ones) This is the nicest mall we have in town unfortunately and that is saying a lot, it used to be alright and then they got rid of its best stores, specifically for younger adults besides Zumiez (never stocked( and forever 21(a MESS). Now since the pandemic, they close whenever they 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵, and believe me 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 to close early, I went at 5:45 last week and they announced at forever 21 they’re closing at 6. A lot of people don’t even get out to go shopping until around 4 that’s ridiculous! I’m assuming they don’t have the money yo stay open, half the stores already had their gates down at this time that day. Bossier/Shreveport is pretty huge- don’t we have enough budget 𝕥𝕠 have a decent mall? Thank goodness we can shop online. Might as well close the...
Read moreWas glad they have a Zumiez, my son loves that store and they were helpful and friendly there! The food court is seriously lacking, there's just not much there, and we were there at 7 and like 3 of the restaurants were already closed, on a Saturday night. The Spencer's employees were rude no one ever asked if we needed help and one lady was stocking the shelves by where we were looking at items we were going to purchase until she sighed really loudly like " get out of the way already" so we left without purchasing anything. The Dillard's employees were friendly and helpful. Overall it's ok I know mall St Vincent is smaller but they have an h&m which I love and a piccadilly which I also love. Both malls are lacking in different ways. They need to just build a bigger mall not the boardwalk with outlets which is nice but an actual mall with more stores and a...
