Terrible repair job for my phone.

Literally as I walked up to pick it up I could hear they didn't connect the vibration weights in correctly, as it was LOUD. The FIRST thing I said was, "that doesn't sound good."

He pretended not to hear it. Not only that, my fingerprint scanner didn't work very well. Still doesn't, but it does sometimes. I ultimately gave up.

It's been about a month, and now the adhesive is wearing off and the back is coming loose. As it turns out, they damaged my battery in the process of the last "repair" and instead of taking accountability, they ignored it.

Also, I went in recently to ask them about the adhesive wearing off, and he admitted they don't put on new adhesive when "repairing" phones. He didn't even put on tape (a special phone tape) until I asked him about it.

This place is terrible. Not only are they NOT certified, they're only $50 cheaper than somewhere who is. Save yourself money AND hassle and avoid this place by going to a certified...

The man who works there was supposed to fix my phone. I had to come back twice in order for him to fix the phone correctly. I am very dissatisfied with the work. I had a Blue iPhone 13 Pro Max and the back screen was cracked. The man fixed the cracks the first time but the flashlight didn’t work after he fixed it. The phone ended up not working 6 days later while I was at school . As a result , I had to come back to the store for the second time him to fix his errors and he change the complete color scheme of my phone without telling me which was very inconsiderate. We originally paid $150 so nothing was free. Dropped my cell phone off at lunch because the other place couldn’t fix it after having it for two days. They said they’d have it done about 6:30. Called them about 6 because it takes us about 30-35 min to get to town. Said it was almost done and they would call me when ready. About 6:15 they called and said it was ready so we took off for town. About 6:50 I called and said we were almost there. Got there at 7 (the mall closes at 7) and the doors were locked.
