In House Kitchen Design — Attraction in Boston

Horrible experience!!! If I could give this company -5 stars I would. I purchased a countertop from this company and they installed a completely different countertop. I reached out to let them know of the mistake and Amy the store clerk told me that it’s what I ordered. I told her that I brought in a sample from a different vendor to match what they had in store if they did not have the same countertop I would have purchased what I wanted from the store where I got the sample from. The store manager Leo called me to explain that they do not have the countertop that I had a sample of in the store so no way I could have ordered it. Again I stated if they did not have the same exact countertop why would I choose a different countertop when I went to four stores to find the one I wanted. The only reason I purchased the countertop from them is because i had also purchased cabinets from them. He continued to go in circles. I told him I spoke with Amy last week and told her if they could not provide me with the countertop before two weeks I would like a refund and I could purchase the countertop from the other vendor because its the same price and perhaps she did not want to lose the business and just ordered the countertop I specifically said I did not like. I told him I simply wanted the original countertop I ordered or a refund so I could purchase it from the other vendor. He told me no, so I have no choice but to file a small claim against the company. All in all I would say purchase your kitchen items from other vendors...

In House Kitchen Design is a fantastic company. Extremely knowledgeable and talented. Excellent quality of cabinets. Well made and sturdy. Amy and Leo are extremely knowledgeable and very talented in designing and building a kitchen. They run a very professional company. Communication is top. Their installers are hard working and know what they are doing. In House remodeled a kitchen for me a couple years ago and I was so delighted with it. I’m know building a new home and I’m extremely grateful they were able to do my kitchen in the new home. Very reasonable prices with excellent quality of cabinets and countertops.

I cannot recommend Leo, Amy, and team enough! We went to a friend’s housewarming and were impressed with their beautiful renovated kitchen and when they told us the amazing price, we went to In House Kitchen Design for a quote. Their prices are so much better than other quotes we received because a lot of their countertops/tiles/cabinets are sourced directly, therefore cutting out the middle man. Leo is very professional, nice and knowledgeable. He always responded back to our texts quickly and was never pushy with us, which we really liked. We visited their warehouse in Stoughton to select our quartz and within a few days, they measured, removed our old countertops, cut the quartz, and installed our beautiful new countertops.
