I recently visited the second location of Milkweed and was thrilled to find one a bit closer to me! Their Tremont spot is always incredibly popular—with lines often out the door—so it's great to see them expanding. The new location is just as inviting and the food just as delicious. It was my partner’s first time visiting, and he absolutely loved it. They offer a fun variety of coffees and latte flavors, along with an extensive menu for both breakfast and lunch. We decided on the Breakfast Burrito and the Morning Madness—both dishes were full of flavor and the portions were generous. The Morning Madness was a standout—the ham had a perfect char, and the sausage tasted homemade. It might be the best sausage we’ve had anywhere! The burrito was equally satisfying—hearty enough that even half was filling. While it would’ve been nice to have a side like fruit or home fries as a palate cleanser, the burrito on its own was quite substantial, so it didn’t feel like anything was missing. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth the visit!

So we were staying nearby in Quincy, MA and decided to check this place out since it had some healthy options. And OMG we were pleasantly surprised and quite frankly, amazed at the tasty food, hospitable service, AND very clean and hustling-bustling atmosphere of this restaurant. We had breakfast skillets that were amazing! They were so tasty and full of flavor. Even the fruit was unusually sweet and on point. And the quesadilla - very, very Yummy. I also had a smoothie with double protein, and it was actually something so tasty, I'd love to drink it on any given day, not just for the nutrient benefit, but for the refreshing feeling I got afterwards!! I highly suggest this place for your breakfast, brunch and lunch needs!

1st time visiting and was lucky to get two seats at the counter as it was busy. I've been wanting to come specifically for the homemade cornbeef hash, (as I find it hard to find fresh these days), and they did not disappoint. 👌🏾 We also tried the Lucky Charm Iced Latte because , why not, and I usually get the same mocha latte hotta tatte drink so wanted to switch it up. I thought it was good and not too sweet actually, you can taste the coffee. My aunt wanted hers sweet so it's a personal preference with this one. Our server Bridget was attentive and lovely. Happy to have saw Ben as I was sad to see Blarney Stone close but this place is just as welcoming and look forward to coming back and not too pricey. Cheers!

Went today on a Sunday afternoon. It was packed in there without music, very sad in there. so we ordered our food to go. Waited by the register about 20 minutes to give the food order. I was hesitant to order what I actually wanted to try given all the staff seemed stressed out so I opted for the simplest options, or so I thought. Another 20 minutes for a sandwich and a power bowl with a lemonade iced tea, total came out to $37. The power bowl didn’t have much protein in it, barely any salad. The salad dressing was good but tiny amount. The woman taking our order gave us the wrong sandwich, because we indicated fried eggs, requested to remove cheese due to lactose intolerance, and no tomato paste. Unfortunately the sandwich had large melted cheese, a lot of tomato paste, and it was scrambled egg. Just waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend. Maybe the workers were rushing, stressed, and tired that they couldn’t accommodate the high traffic and the health restrictions. The milkweed menu had big writing stating they don’t accommodate outside of the menu options, only 1 custom per menu item. This is not ideal especially for kids who are lactose intolerant or have deathly food restrictions. So be careful with your children when...

Went here yesterday with some friends. It was an unseasonably cold and rainy day. The hostess, a young woman, was curt and pointed to outside the door where I could stand (in the rain) while I waited for my table. I said it’s raining and she just looked. This was after she said she could seat me in one of the available booths as long as I knew that I would need to be out of it by 2:30pm bc they had a large party coming in at 3. This would have given my friends and I under 40 mins to get seated, figure out our order and eat. I opted to wait while more tables opened but we alone were still not seated. After 20-30 mins we were getting annoyed and asking to be seated in one of the available tables. We were rebuffed. One of the waiters, who was to be our server, took pity on us and pushed two tables together and finally seated us. He was very good and pleasant and the food was good but wow, such poor manners and overall rude attitude and behavior from the hostess. It was off putting and makes me not want to go back again and to not...
