DOOD Smoke Shop — Local services in Bothell

This is great little gem hiding in downtown Bothell. I just happened to stumble upon it one day, right around the time they had their grand opening, and ever since then it has been my go to smoke shop. I actually don’t even live that close to this place - I have to drive past 3 or 4 other smoke shops on the way to it but it is totally worth it. All the people that work there are super friendly and helpful, multiple times they’ve gone out of their way to help me get exactly what I was looking for even if they weren’t selling that product at the time. They’ve also giving me plenty of deals without me ever asking for any sort of discount which is awesome. Also at one point they stopped carrying a product that I bought from them fairly frequently, and when I asked them about it they offered to start stocking it again for me, and sure enough I went there a couple weeks later and they had the product back! Sure the place is a bit small but they still have a large selection and they offer very competitive prices. I’ll definitely remain a loyal customer as long as I live...

All these reviews are fake and they kind of piss me off because they're telling me how great they are they show pictures like they have a huge selection and literally when you get in there it's a hole in the wall with like five bongs and they're so expensive that he lists them for over 150 bucks and then haggles you down to 90? The bongs that they have aren't even worth 90 I wouldn't even pay $50 for your bongs dude. I'm angry cuz I wasted my time because I was really excited I may have found a good smoke shop this is not a good smoke shop this guy has a very limited beyond limited selection and as soon as you walk in the store is all around you in such a tight quarter that you don't have to walk you just turn..... This place...

I bought a rig from this store, and it was completely DOA (dead on arrival). When I brought it back the very next day, they refused to accept the return because it was an open-box item. Despite this, I had just purchased it there less than 24 hours ago.

After the clerk tested it and confirmed it wouldn’t turn on, he called someone else for advice and then told me I’d need to contact Puffco directly to handle the warranty. I understand if that’s the process for defective items, but it doesn’t change the fact that you sold me a product that didn’t work out of the box. For the sake of good customer service, a refund or exchange should have been offered.
