I love to support local businesses, unfortunately, my experience with Bothell florist was incredibly disappointing. For my wife and I's seventh anniversary I purchased the Teleflora's Pink Pink Bouquet - Deluxe (which was just under $100!) - i normally would not mind spending this much if I knew that it was something that would last more than a week...

The flowers were beautiful and smelled amazing when I picked them up. I was excited to bring them home to my wife. She absolutely loved them.

My issues and buyer beware is the length which these flowers stay beautiful and fragrant. Yes, I was sure to add water each day, but not to much, and after 3 days to trim the ends back just a little. Even doing this proved to be pointless.

Within one week, closer to six days, the flowers were noticeable wilted and were not nearly as vibrant as when I first purchased them, despite having taken proper care of them. I understand that this will happen but for the price and care taken they should last longer than that.

I have purchased numerous flower arrangements from Safeway (yes Safeway) that have outlasted these by weeks, at a fraction of the cost. It is incredibly disappointing when you spend that amount and take proper care of them to have them be outlasted by a Safeway arrangement that was around the same size.

Truly, I do not like to provide negative feedback, but this was just not acceptable to me as a paying customer. I know the number of positive review that haven been written, but I caution anyone looking to purchase from Bothell florist (or emerald city) to consider the value proposition of how much you pay (for a similar product) and how long...

Flowers were pretty, but slightly mis leading. I wanted them same day, and I saw an ad saying same day. Didn't see a confirmation of shipping until after I checked out and it was too late. (Yes I delayed on buying the flowers, but the reason I bought them here was the same day delivery ad)

Flowers arrived and were not fresh. Already browning and slightly wilting. Pretty dissatisfied with that. I spent I think $110 on them so I expected them to be crisp and fresh flowers. See pictures. I probably could have picked fresher flowers at the qfc down the street....

For a florist shop, pretty dissatisfied with the flower choices they sent. I don't expect every single flower to always be pristine, but the ones that are not should probably be discarded or used for something else.

3 stars for being local, and the arrangement was still good. But the quality of the flowers were lacking. Wish I could do a half star, because I feel a 3 is a bit harsh.

They delivered fresh flowers today. Even looks like they've upgraded the package! The new flowers are beautiful and I'm super happy with it, wife is happy too. Very happy with the customer service and making it right. Will definitely be shopping here again! This was most likely a one off. Chris reached out to me today but unfortunately I wasn't able to get her call. She was apologetic...
