Do not go here! This lady is like literal a witch doctor. I requested the hangover cure which states on the website it includes ondonsentron, for anti nausea. This is something I’m also prescribed in every day life, so I’m used to taking it. My drip didn’t include this- even though I paid 185 dollars. Unfortunately I also got extremely ill after the IV. She didn’t ask me if I’d eaten- which is my bad, but when I called to explain the situation she argued with me. Not a professional AT ALL. She told me the zofran is an add on- but yet it clearly states it’s included in the hangover drip. And that she asks people if they want it included- yet she didn’t ask me. During my drip I asked her if she has zofran and she said yes, which I found interesting because it wasn’t included with my hangover drip. She said she would refund me 15 dollars, but was yelling at me the entire time and I ended up hanging up. Psychotic. So basically- whatever service you’re receiving, she’s just mixing up whatever concoction she deems appropriate, regardless of the service you request. She also told me the Mariner’s team goes here for hydration so they can pee clean 🤣 imagine professional athletes driving to Bothell for such a thing… as if. a literal crazy person will be injecting random vitamins in you, approach with the utmost caution and steer clear!!!!!! Do not go here!!! Don’t spend your money for a service you won’t receive.

Editing due to owner’s reply. I did not say I take zofran daily- I said I’m prescribed the medication. I’m familiar with how it treats nausea which is why I requested the hangover drip service. If I just wanted regular hydration I would have requested that service which is required to do when you book online to secure an appointment.

It’s literally listed in your website description as being included in the drip- see the picture below?Having me speak to a teledoc from a pool of people, seems about the cheapest/least personal way to say you had a doctor counsel a patient. They asked me the standard run of the mill questions about allergies and health conditions.

You did in fact mix the ingredients the drip bag in front of me and did so as you deemed necessary. I did not receive the ingredients I paid for and YOU yelled at me on the phone challenging me that it was an add on. Which you are still insisting is accurate. Why does the service on your website state it’s included? Why do you think I confirmed if it was in there when my drip was going? And you said no, but that you had it available.

Why would a person with NO symptoms come in for a hangover IV drip in general? What sounds more realistic? So I just came in and said I’m feeling great, I requested and paid for the 185 dollar hangover drip, but mix up whatever you think I should have and don’t adjust the payment for the client. You also DID claim that you service professional athletes and had many stories you shared about patients experiences. Including that the mariners team players have come for hydration so less things are able to be detected in their urine.

I find it convenient that you claim you asked my symptoms and made a decision based off that without counseling me what I’d be receiving. And without confirming that there’s a discrepancy between the service description on the website and what exactly would be administered.

While I did initially feel better, I was sick to my stomach my entire bachelorette weekend. I could hardly eat anything the first day, and had night sweats for 3 nights. Fatima is the reason to go. She is amazing at her job, very friendly and went out of her way to give me guidance on some severe dehydration and food that were off balance in my diet. Too, I’ve been lacking at taking recommended vitamins I should be taking so she was able to get me jump started on those vitamins as well. Overall the ability to get rehydrated in a safe and clean environment, and without having to go to the er is awesome.
