I'm extremely unhappy with the service I recieved from this business. I can't say enough DO NOT GO HERE. I have a Samsung Z Fold 3 and was trying to get the inner folding screen replaced. 1 month, 4 trips to the location, 3 screens later, and absolutely ZERO transparency, I still have a damaged screen that I paid way too much money for. Let's start from the beginning... I walk in, they don't have the screen in stock. Ok it gets ordered and I pay half up front before leaving. 1 week later, I drive back to have them do the replacement. They tell me it's going to be a 4 hour job! Ok fine, I go home and then come back 5 hours later to pick up the phone. The very young technician couldn't get it properly working and I was starting to get worried that they broke my phone worse than just a screen. Tech finally got it going after standing there for another 1.5hrs... literally picks pieces off the floor that I had seen laying there for hours, puts them in my phone, and hands it to me. The replacement is MORE banged up, scratched, dented, stuck pixels than the one I originally brought in! It was supposed to be a NEW replacement. But they tried to pass off the more damaged used piece and tried to charge me full price for the used. I refused. They didn't tell me at any point that they were going to try to sell me a used screen! They agreed to re-order an actual New screen for me. Another week goes by and I get a text that the new part has arrived. The catch is... it's in a green color because they couldn't find the black color I originally had. They didn't ask me, they didn't communicate with me the options available, they just ordered whatever color and assumed I would take it. Another week goes by and I finally get back to the shop. I drop off the phone with a different tech this time (more experienced which made me feel better). But 1 hr later when I get back to pick up my phone... he hands it to me and IT'S ANOTHER USED SCREEN!! Scratches, dents, dings along the edges. I say what's this? It's supposed to be new! Turns out he then told me he Knew it was used but again tried to pass it off as new, and tried to charge me full price. He said I could pay, then go to the Redmond location where they have a new one in stock. I'm over it at this point. We negotiate a tiny price cut and I walk out with the phone cuz I'm so fed up with this business. I STILL have a dented, busted screen and am out $600. This place is a ripoff, dishonest, disorganized, and messy business. DO...
Read moreUpdated review: I've been meaning to change my review for months but no time. Here's what happened to the replacement glass back of my Galaxy S7 just a week after replacing it. Keep in mind that I keep my phones in my left pants pocket with coins and bill money. My original back glass had no scratch and no cracks. It had some delamination in the corners and that's why I asked for a new one. Little did I know that the replacements they sell is not Original Equipment replacement, i.e. Gorilla glass. Their glass, as thin as it is, cracked pretty poorly. I put a 2" clear tape on it, but it cracked in many more places within the next month. I realized what I had gotton. Although Dave was amazing and did a fantastic job, the shop ownership is buying super cheap third party replacement parts that don't last. I had to change my phone because it wasn't water resistant anymore, and I didn't want to take a chance on losing my data. I'm changing my review of this shop to 2, considering the whole reason to stop by was to get a replacement for my phone glass back side, with a similarly functioning glass, not a cheap look-alike. Dave gets the 2nd star otherwise it wouldn't been 1 star all the way and no returning to the shop.
Original review: Amazing service. I have a Galaxy S7 and it was starting to kind of open up (the back of the phone was slightly open on one corner). A friend had high recommendations for the Redmond store which is apparently their main location. The Bothell store was on my way and near my home. This place is big. I expected a tiny little shop with cluttered desks and equipment piled on top of each other. This was a very professional store, lots of comfy seating arranged like a living room with a large screen TV for while you wait, huge counter space, and just large work areas for the techs. I came in on a MLK weekend Sunday and they were open. Another customer was picking up her serviced phone. I met Dave behind the counter and was super impressed with his professionalism. He repaired my phone while we were having a conversation. Prices are listed on their web site for various phones and types of repairs, but the deal I got was not listed (since phones don't usually open up). I got a great deal and left happy. Can't wait to get the new S10plus and now know where to go for my cell phone supplies and repairs. They have a variety of items for sale such as cases, screen protectors,...

TLDR: Macbook keyboard not working. Dropped off at Bothell location. Poor communication. Asked to return it to me. Didn't return it for 5 days. More broken than when I dropped it off.
I took my macbook in to troubleshoot/repair the keyboard/trackpad not working. Dropped it off one morning, got a call later that day to say its not just a loose cable and can I come in to pay the diagnostic fee then they can begin troubleshooting and repair. I showed up that day after work only to have them tell me their CC machine isn't working and they'll send me an email to pay online. It never came. Next day tried calling, no answer until 3rd call when someone from another location answered and told me I would have to go to the Bothell location and talk to them, he couldn't help me. So I went in after work to try and pay the fee, but when I showed up there was a sign that said "Out to lunch". I waited for half an hour and called again, talked to same person in Issaquah who said he would call the person, another 45 minutes and still nothing. I returned the next day and was told that my macbook was in redmond and that nothing has been done to it. So at this point I am done dealing with this place and ask for it to be returned to me so they tell me they'll have it brought back to Bothell and they will call me and let me know when its there the next day. Next day rolls around (Friday), no call. I stop by on my way home from work. "Oh sorry, not sure why its not here yet. I'll get it here and give you a call." Sunday comes around no call, so I go in yet again. "It's not here but you can drive down to Redmond and get it!" No thank you, I think its your responsibility to bring it back here where I dropped it off. Monday, call the shop, it's still in Redmond. "I don't know why they haven't taken it back they probably just keep forgetting it." Really?! "The owner said he's going to Bothell and will have it there at 6pm." I finally get my macbook back tuesday morning and to my dismay it is worse off then when I took it in. It went from keyboard not working to keyboard not working, doesn't run off battery power, can't log in to it because it keeps restarting. So now I have a brick...
