Pizza is decent. Overpriced for what you get but tasty. My wife and I have walked in to this location at 9:15-9:30 the past 2 thursdays. We both wait patiently by the door waiting to be seated. Both nights we went in we were greeted (or lack there of) by a girl late to early thirties with embellished eyebrows and yoga pants. She dramatically came to the door and said (both visits) I don't have anywhere to sit but in the bar. (Obviously they are closing soon) our presence seemed to annoy her. It was apparent they were busy and didn't want us to be there. She was talking to her boyfriend at the bar so that consumed most of her time. We were finally asked for beverages and she dramatically made a scene like we were inconveniencing her again. She walked back and asked for order . Took our order and went to the cook and said "start the oven" "here they come again" this was very uncomfortable for us. She went back to her boyfriend. From the point of walking in to walking out with our pizza was over 35 minutes. (2 other patrons in the bar)Unacceptable. We spent $50 on pizzas and drinks just to be hurried along and reminded we were inconveniencing her because she wanted to talk to her BF and probably go home. I understand the hospitality and retail business but the service we received was atrocious. The girl identified as a manager to one of the patrons so I am really surprised she conducts herself in a manner detrimental to the business. This has happened twice to us! Unfortunately we will not be returning to this establishment. Unfortunate because they make a good GF pizza.
I know Red Robin doesn't specialize in pizza but their service is always A+even late! Plus it's about $10 cheaper than this place. I can't recommend this establishment and strongly encourage you to take your business...
Read moreThe past two to three experiences with Zeeks Bothell has been very disappointing. My place of work used to order from this location a long while back and it was always great. Jump ahead to recent days, sad face! We had placed an order for a Puget Pounder, well done (which is an option to select) and an order of wings. When the order arrived, the pizza was clearly not cooked through (raw dough), the wings were ice cold and barley looked cooked as well. We called the number to express our disappointed as this wasn't the norm. Not to mention that the price of the pizza is on the "higher side." You cannot call the restaurant directly, you are directed to what seems like a "call center." We ended up being credited for a future order. After that experience, we didn't order again for quite some time. We finally gave it another try and were hopeful it would be much better. We ordered the same pizza, well done. Pizza arrived in the exact same condition and was not edible. Another phone call was placed and the noise in the background was drowning out the customer service rep on the phone. We had the same option of yet another credit, or a remake of the order. We opted for a reorder making it very clear that the pizza was not edible and we would really like to make sure the new one is cooked thoroughly and well done. When the new pizza arrived in about 25 minutes, we knew there was NO way it would be any better than the one before, yuck. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from this location again. We know the restaurant industry has taken one of the hardest hits the past 2-3 years and it's an on-going struggle to be a restaurant owner. We wish this location the best and for...
Read moreReview is mostly related to dietary restrictions
Zeeks is definitely a reliable place to order from. Overall, they have a nice selection for those without dietary deals. I understand gluten-free, dairy-free pizza isn’t really pizza (as a gf/df person of 10 years due to intolerance, I could tell you the litany of differences), but sometimes I catch a craving and am not near the grocery store to get a frozen Daiya pie.
Recently Zeeks changed the recipe for their GF crust and it now has dairy: that note is at the very bottom of the Pizza page, not mentioned in parentheses next to Medium Gluten-Free Pies… I ordered one of these pies, eliminating all cheeses and mentioned in the Special Instructions I have a gluten&dairy allergy… I also ordered some wings which were cut from the order (because they always contain gluten). When the pie got here, I somewhat happily consumed away at 33.50 (which is already so expensive in my eyes). About a half hour to hour later, my body started showing symptoms of it having dairy and they’ve persisted since.
I would have rather they call and let us know about not being able to fulfill the order due to ingredients instead of sending it and dealing with the aftermath. Likely will never order from Zeek’s again, because all I can actually have here is salad~
Again overall decent place for those without dietary needs, but I would recommend they share the Dairy disclaimer on the gluten-free crust at the top of the page to prevent others from ignorantly making the...
