Rinnova Skin & Body — Attraction in Boulder

My friend was visiting from our of town and ended up going to Rinnova as it was open right around July 4th and nothing else really was. She came back GLOWING, both from the inside and outside where she had had a very simple procedure around her eyes and also lips, and I can;t tell you how much younger and fresher and full of vitality she looked coming back from her under an hour appointment. It was so remarkable, I set an internal reminder to check them out one day if I needed anything to perk up my look!

My friend raved about the kind and capable doctor - Dr. Becker - who gave her the short treatment and said how nice his wife was who she assumed was the receptionist as she had answered the phone when she called, and then made her feel so welcome upon arriving. It turns our that both Dr. Becker and his wife Dr. Rastegar, who had answered the phone and welcomed my friend that day are both doctors and owners of Rinnova.

Since then, I have gone to Rinnova for a few small treatments, one with Dr. Becker and 2 with Dr. Rastegar. I for sure feel and look younger and like of like I got an update! They are both truly exceptional in their knowledge of their fields and you can tell, care very much about people who come to them. The assistants are also kind, caring and make it actually fun to go there, and can answer and and all questions about treatments. All in all, this is by far, the most well-run, reasonably-priced, clean, modern and friendly doctors office I can recall walking into.

They often host daytime get togethers and those are also a lot of fun with tasty food and drinks for their clients and you might even get lucky and win one of the many door prizes (pretty expensive treatments like free botox and other ones that they graciously give away at the gatherings) I highly recommend Rinnova, where even if you are not sure what you might not have even know you could use to look fresher and younger. The entire staff at Rinnova are kind and caring, professional, supportive, knowledgeable and candid. I never felt I was being sold or upsold on a service, and all of my questions (however silly they may have been) were answered patiently and respectfully. As a woman on the Autism Spectrum, I need to feel safe in a new environment, I typically need information provided in greater detail and sometimes repeated to be sure I understand instructions, expectations etc. The challenges I experience are invisible, most people would have no idea that I am Neurodiverse, but when I shared this personal information with Lili and Dr. Becker they understood and made appropriate accommodations without making me feel less than. I also had COVID back in March, Dr. Beckers added care for both his safety and my own was evident and appreciated. Yes, botox can be done during COVID- I felt completely protected. I found the cost of services to be a bit higher than other providers, however, I also believe that you pay a premium for true experts. If you want to feel secure in the quality of products used and experience the benefits of truly skilled practitioners then Rinnova is the ideal place. Finally, I loved the results and will be going back regularly to maintain and improve my skin. I was previously a non-believer in botox, fillers and anti aging techniques, however, I can say with 100% certainty, these things work and can make a difference in how you feel about yourself. I came in for a cellfina consultation during the summer. I was impressed with MIna's honesty when she told me that I was not a good candidate and would not be happy with the results. She was very nice and so we started talking about skin treatments they offered and I decided to sign up for their 3 month membership program to give some of the treatments a try. Big mistake. Summer is NOT the time to do many of these treatments unless you want to be absolutely miserable. The IPL made my skin so sensitive to the sun for months that even with a sunblock and hat if any part of the sun's rays barely touched my face from any angle it was super uncomfortable and felt like my face was being fried. I also don't think the IPL should have been offered for my skin concerns as my understanding is it used primarily for brown spots, which I don't have, and not really to reduce redness which was my main concern. After this treatment I was unable to finish my membership as my skin was so sensitive and honestly looked worse than when I started. I will say that all the staff were very friendly and they did make an exception and allow me out of the membership which I appreciated. I did speak to another skin center in boulder and was told there office does not ever perform IPL treatments during the summer for the exact reasons I listed above. I will say I was informed that I needed to be careful in the sun after the treatment but I could not even walk down a street as there is no way to completely shield your face during the hot days of July in Colorado.
