Mike and his team are the epitome of customer service. I purchased a new system from them back in the summer and when it turned cold last month I noticed the passenger side of my vehicle was blowing cold air when the heat was on. I assumed it was a programming error of some sort so I took it back to their shop. Turns out my issue had nothing to do with the system I purchased . Instead of sending me on my way and saying sorry not my problem, Mike and his team researched the issue and repaired it anyway. I got some audio and cameras installed in my SUV at Poston's. Mike and his team did an outstanding job with the entire install, front to back. They were very tidy and detailed with all the wires and components, ensuring it was clean and not jammed in behind door panels and the dash. They respected my vehicle by not breaking any pieces/parts and cleaning up their work once completed (no wire pieces or trash left behind). I had to call Postons tonight 10 minutes before they closed. I was hooking up my cd player in my truck but I came to a spot that didnt make sense. They didnt rush me but instead 2 of them took their time and talked me through it. What they didnt know is i was trying to do this all on my own because my older brother was going to do it for me but he passed away in oct of last year.
