I wish I could give service five stars or even four but I cannot only because Caleb was very very rude there at the end this was my first time at mellow mushroom for dinner I did not know when they closed and my server Caleb failed to tell me he was rude he said to another server that oh look they're still here that's not a surprise and then upon waiting for my brother-in-law to come out the restroom he came to the door opened it and very rudely stated do you need something this is a place that I will probably never go back to only because I now know what the service is like he never refilled any of the drinks All he had to do was let us know that it was closing time and me and my family would have left I don't know and I don't care how much minimum wages there because the way I see it if you're getting paid for an extra hour were you basically don't have to do anything then why are you getting an attitude with anybody and then all together he got a $35 tip if I would have known that he was going to be very rude at the end or if he would have been rude before I walked out them doors I would have scratched off the tip that I gave him and gave him a quarter because that's what his attitude was worth to me I now believe that a $35 tip was just too much for him I base tips off attitude and service if I ever go back to mellow mushroom and Caleb is my server I will most definitely without a doubt in my mind ask for another server only because if he was rude this time he will sure be rude next time and that is someone that I do not want in my presence other than the service the food was outstanding the cooks did a really good job I will definitely like to eat there more because the food is that good but as for service it will definitely not be...

Been to mellow mushroom several times. In several states. The first issue was the table we was sat at was dirty had to have the server clean it for us. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese asked for the pepperoni to be under the cheese because I don't like them crispy. They brought the pizza to me and it did not look like it had extra cheese and the pepperoni was on top of the cheese? The manager fixed it and made it right for me but i was frustrated because she said she did not mean to dispute me but she said it had extra cheese. So even if it did but I still did not see the extra cheese and again I have been to mellow mushroom many of times. Go there when I go to pigeon forge every year a couple of times a year. The experience here was not the same. Nobody was rude. The server was nice but did not come check on us had to stop her 3 different times for drinks and questions. The manager was very nice but I did not think she should have said what she said just my opinion as a manager myself. I would have just said sorry and took care of the customer. Out of all the mellow mushrooms i have been to this did not taste as good. My sons had the bbq pizza and said it was ok. The breadsticks was not very good but had the extra cheeae on them like i asked.Left a very bad taste in My mouth for some reason. Not just mine but my wife and both my kids as well. Again love mellow mushroom this just was not the best one I have visited was very disappointed. I will probably not go back to this one. Again I want to say the server was nice and the manager was nice and took care of the issue. I just would have liked if the server would have checked on Me without me tracking her down. Update: I called and talked to the manager. Explained the situation and she made it right and was very understanding. I truly appreciate the care and empathy she expressed. Apparently this was a fluke as they had been training new people and this is something that isn’t the norm. She gave me mellow bucks that paid for a replacement meal and the food was as excellent as the first time! Because of the amazing way she handled our situation, I have updated my review to 5 stars!

This is my second experience with mellow mushroom. The first time was so good. A friend and I ate there at the restaurant. Great first experience! The second time, however… tonight. I don’t think I’ll EVER be back. I ordered online and went to pick up the order at the time I was told to be there. Went back home, we only live 10 minutes away, and come to find out that my husband’s wings looked and tasted like they’ve been sitting out all day long. Dry, burnt and tasted terrible! He said he would rather eat something that’s been sitting under the lamp at Kroger all day. So disappointed! Our pizza was on the way to getting cold and on my pizza, it looked as though all the ingredients were just tossed on. Not spread out evenly or anything.
