UPDATE: Zach the Director of customer care has resolved this issue. Thank you God for honest and caring people!! I placed my order in July. I was told it would arrive on August 20th. Nothing arrived in August. Then I was told it would arrive on September 1st. Nothing arrived on September 1st. Then I was told they actually don't have the material at all for my special order. I was very confused because that means all this time, I was being lied to. Solesley said I would be issued a FULL REFUND. I had her make a note of it (see attached) and print my FULL ORDER TOTAL for me along with the note in the System that I'd be getting a full refund.
I was then told they don't have an arrival date for me. I never heard of that before. So basically it arrives when it arrives???? After telling them I really need a date, they said November 15. Nothing arrived on November 15th. They told me to keep waiting. I called on November 22nd and they said my order was finalized and would ship in a few days. It arrived last night. I go to pick up my order today and now Solesley and management says I am only receiving a partial $300-$500 refund for the molding. My refund acknowledgment clearly states FULL REFUND. I've attached a photo. This is insane. I waited 5 months In total!!!! I got my proof in writing for a refund. This is clearly not a company who stands by their word. You have to go by the notes and what was told to the customer. Where is the integrity???? I have made other orders with this store. I would have loved everything to go smoothly and not end up here but I was inconvenienced and promised all of my money back. Someone please help me.
And even if it wasn't in writing, They shouldn't hesitate to provide me a full refund! I should receive a full refund anyway after waiting nearly half a year! The holidays are here and my house is not ready despite me ordering wayyyyyyy ahead of time!! But now they want to play semantics and go back on their word. When I was told I was getting a full refund, I asked the employee to provide my full refund amount and she provided my total amount. I had her print it out just in case this happened. Which she did! I have it in writing along with the total amount of my order. Play back the cameras to See it on camera. I would never lie!

I went there on a weekday around noon time I was looking for some laminate flooring. There was nobody to ask so I asked the lady at the counter where the laminate flooring section is. She promptly showed me the area where the laminates and the vinyl flooring is located. When I got there I couldn't find the product I was looking for and since there was nobody around I came back to the counter and was a couple oxf people in the line. I waited and asked the lady at the counter if somebody can help me find the product I'm looking for and then she actually had to finish some of the patients waiting on the line and then she came with me and then she looked and said unfortunately they were out of it and she's going to go back to the storage to see if there was any more there. So my friend and I stood there and then my friend started digging around and actually saw the boxes that we needed were mixed in with other lot numbers so we got the seven eight boxes we needed. We also spent time looking for the end pieces and vapor barriers and it must've been about 30 minutes and we came to check out but the lady never came back to let us know. My friend and I jokeed that she must have gone to lunch and forgot about us. Before we got the end pieces and the vapor barriers, I asked and I'm the gentleman if somebody can help me figure out which one to get this was my first project for my home so he called somebody and the help never came. Finally we got this and peas which was on sale from a box they had in the back until we go up to the counter and this gentleman start ringing us up and then he hung up The NPS as 799 instead of 499 so I told him it was on sale and then he gave me this look and said rather than going to the back and finding out he's going to bring it up at 4 99 he gave me the impression that I am cheating him or his company for three for three dollars. Read more**As an update to my previous review below, I have to admit that their corporate office has excellent service recovery. After an unfortunate experience in Boynton, I spoke with a representative from their Atlanta office named Wendy--she was very accommodating and professional and helped me get the remaining pieces of tile for my bathroom. She was great! Thank you.
This place has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I was told by the West Palm location that the Boynton Beach store had the remaining pieces in stock I needed to finish my bathroom, so I ordered online to "pick up in store the same day" at the Boynton location. Days later, they still claimed they did not have it in stock and it was coming from the Pompano store the next day. Called the next day only to be put on hold for 20 minutes at a time and still no order and no one could tell me when they would have them in stock. I asked if it could be sent to the WPB store and they said NO. I asked to cancel my order and they first refused to do so, telling me I had to come to the store which is a 40 minute drive. After multiple phone calls and being put on hold for hours upon hours, not able to speak to anyone that knows anything, I finally spoke to a manager who agreed to refund my order over the phone. She claimed she sent a confirmation e-mail and I never got it. The next day I called AGAIN, to ask for the confirmation be sent again, waiting 30 minutes on hold AGAIN, after being transferred to 3 different people only to find out they could not find my refunded order but someone would figure it out and call me back. Finally, someone did look into it and sent it to me. If you order from this store, you are ion YOUR OWN. Do not expect to get any legitimate answers or assistance over the phone or in the store there is never anyone available for assistance.
