I found this little modern and very minimalistic store while waiting in line with my glitching laptop in hand at another local big chain tech store. As I was not able to receive assistance at the store I was physicality in because I did not have an appointment and with the next availability at a time that would not work for me I took to searching for other near by places. Found iTech with a location near me and great reviews. I know reviews are not a hallmark of a good place, but when I called and a human answered the phone I started to believe those reviews. Also being able to speak in-person to the human you spoke to over the phone is, in my view, a great way to do business. The techs there are friendly and helpful. They set up my account with them quickly while explaining their process and what I could expect in regards to any issues found with my laptop. As I was dropping off on a Thursday they explained it would take two business days to run diagnostics meaning I would not hear from them until Tuesday which worked with my schedule anyway. As they said they did contact me on the day they said they would. The tech explained everything they felt was going on with the laptop and even checked on something last minute that I expressed concern over. Once all that was done they let me know I could pick up the laptop anytime during their hours. THE cherry-on-top is that this was FREE to me as they do free diagnostic testing and do not do anything without permission from the customer. Due to their services, kind attitudes, great service and quick work I believe I found the tech store I will be taking all my future needs to.    Read moreI had a 10 year old iMac desktop that wouldnât start up all the way. Best Buy couldnât get it to start up either. They suggested I go to I-Tech because they are not allowed to open up Apple devices. Danny at I-Tech was extremely helpful and patient. He believed they could transfer the data onto a thumb drive so I could go back to Best Buy and buy a new computer and have them install the data. The charge was $171. When I went to pick up the thumb drive, Danny showed me a newer computer, with more gb, and a lot of updated features. Although it wasnât new, all the parts were new and the condition appeared mint. Their warranty was 1 year parts and labor plus the balance of the Apple Care warranty. If I bought it, they would refund my $171, connect my old printer, give me a tutorial, etc. The saving was $485! When we hooked up the old printer, the paper catch wheels broke! Danny took time to help me research a new Epson printer at Best Buy. He told me to go buy it, bring it back and he would install the drivers, set it up and show me how to use it. I followed through and he kept his promise, too. There was no additional charge for his time and attention. Danny did everything to make this experience a positive one. This place is wonderful. They are tops in customer service....

First time I called to see if they by some miracle had a battery I needed that day (which of course they didnât because too many batteries out there) but the guy was incredibly helpful and spent 15min on the phone with me helping and answering questions. He also offered to help me put the screws back in my computer since I messed that up some how. Fast forward, I had a chance to bring my computer in to see if worth fixing cause of battery and a few other issues. They looked at it and called me within an hour. Scott was sooo honest and helpful. He said not worth it- which I am appreciative for (especially since they donât really sell computers so isnât in his best interest to sell me something new for a quick buck). And spent another 20min with me giving me pointers of what to buy to replace it. Overall, I am so happy with my experience- theyâre so kind, helpful, obviously not out to scam anyone. I hope to never have computer issues since Iâm taking his advice and buying a new one (the one he recommended since I really do trust him) LOL but if I do, I will certainly go back to these guys!!
