The review is more about the manager than anything else. She is a total beyotch! Upon arriving at the cash register she said "I'm sorry for my new student". I said "Why? She seems to be doing great!" I proceeded to tell the young girl (approximately 17) that we are all new at some point and in no way did ANYONE come out knowing what they were doing. I told her she was doing a good job and that the "student" would soon become the MASTER. She took our order and got it right all while being so nice. She made our food and it was right too and good. She had become the MASTER! That manager did NOT need to berate that little girl at all. This just might be that young girls first job and being treated that way could give her a negative outlook on working!! The manager needs to GO! If this was my daughter and she told me that her manager had spoken to her the way this manager did....well let's just say I would have been making a trip to that place to have a "talk" with the manager. Ordered a Medium RoastBeef sub and the price on the wall says $6.99. When paying I realize the math doesnt add up and I ask how much was the sub? The kind employee informs me $8.49 and I ask what happened to the posted $6.99 price. He explains that under the price of $6.99, it says "and up", and that the owner changes prices as he sees fit. Read moreUse caution when you are using the app to order from this restaurant. Ordered on September 3rd at 6pm and tried to pick up the order at 6:20pm. When I got to this restaurant there was a note that they closed at 5pm. I was not able to pick up my order, obviously. Contacted customer service and they said they would reach out to the owner.
