I thought I had found a new place as it does look really nice/good reviews but to say the least I left very disappointed and will not be returning. I booked my appointment online for a specific time and it was denied so I booked it for 15min later, no problem. I get there and there were NOO customers so I am not sure why I had to pick the later. I specifically selected my services online and was still asked 2 more times as to what type of polish I was getting. The water was COLD, I tell the lady and her response is, I know.. and she walks away without adjusting. During clipping and buffing my nails she must not have been able to see well through her fogged glasses from the mask she had on as she kept clipping and buffing skin that shouldn't be. It was painful and I have a scrap just below the cuticle of my toe from where she accidently buffed. There was also another employee sitting next to her watching her work on my feet, very strange, they weren't talking and there were no other customers to be seen. I paid extra for a longer foot massage and I tried to enjoy it the best I could, she had nails and kept digging them into my skin, employees with long nails should not be giving reflexology massages that cost any extra. She would massage one foot one way and do something completely different with the other, very inconsistent with very minimal pressure and pretty much just lightly rubbing in the lotion until it would dry out. I've had better massages elsewhere with just a regular pedicure. Also, be careful with pricing on their website, with how they have it, it is cheaper to book the extra massage as its own item vs regular pedicure with massage. When I got there she said I booked it incorrectly. That should have been my 1st sign to walk back out the door. The price went from $53 to $62. I imagine the reviews are as good as they are for the outcome of their nail services. My polish came out okay, even though she didn't finish off with a top protective coat, we will see how long it lasts. I was going here as a 1st time customer for the experience, for what I paid for, not just the outcome...
Read moreTWO days ago. This Grand Opening popped up in my Facebook and I was very excited to try it even though I looooove where I go. I like to support small businesses, I know how hard it is. The place is absolutely beautiful. A sweet gentleman did my pedicure and a sweet lady did my manicure, I know they did their best and I honor that. The young gentleman in the front desk was very nice as well. They gave me a pamphlet with many choices. I picked French gel manicure like I always do wherever I go and a Reflexology massage with my pedicure. The gentleman gave me a good massage like those you get when you get your pedicure just longer. It WASN'T Reflexology, which I was very excited for. I didn't say anything because he was trying to do his best ,and I didn't want to cause him any trouble starting a new job. It was the OWNER'S RESPONSABILITY to sell something they wont deliver, so this was a LIE. The total was $101 less 20%, because of the opening, which means that a gel French Manicure like you see in the picture bellow is $49!!! I was confused and I called today to review what I paid for the service, and whoever was on the phone was disrespectful. This person even told me they had to charge a little bit more because they just opened. She interrupted me and didn't listened to the answers I gave her over and over to her questions. It was a bad and sad experience. So $37 for gel manicure, $5 to remove existent nail polish and $7 for French, total $49!!! In my opinion its extremely expensive, I didn't get a real Reflexology massage and I got a really bad attitude on the phone and even got yelled at. The most important thing about a business is service, service, service and quality. It doesn't matter if it looks like a palace if you can't deliver that. I wish you the best and that you learn from your clients, but I'll never go here again. The lady on the phone who I know who it is, was extremely disrespectful and that's enough to NOT give this place a...
Read moreI went into this establishment yesterday for a fill-in and a nail repair with french tips. The nail tech decided to use pink acrylic and also changed my nail shape without my approval from oval to almond because in her words "almond is sexier." My nails also have black specks in them from the acrylic that was used. Although I wasn't happy with my nails, I let her complete them and I left. Less than 24 hours later 2 of my nails cracked and one of them completely came off. I decided to return again today. I walked in and explained what happened to the gentleman at the front desk. While explaining my concerns to him I was rudely interrupted by a woman who's said to be the owner. She took one look at my nails and said " you came in like that so it's not our fault, we can't help you! She was very rude, loud and wouldn't let me speak. A customer noticed the woman yelling at me and asked me what happened. While I was explaining what happened the owner decided to interrupt us and said " do not speak to or bother my customers" I politely asked her to stop yelling at me and she proceeded to tell me to get out. The employees noticed her behavior and asked me to ignore her. The employees also offered to fix my nails but after being humiliated by the owner, I no longer wanted to be in the establishment and I left. I am appalled by the entire incident. I've never experienced anything like this before and I will...
