Cool Spot Ice Cream Rolls & Boba Teas — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

With Covid-19, I have become very self-indulgent. Evenings lately have been spent going out for ice cream. This "Cool Spot" has been my partner in crime. It is hard to resist the many ice cream roll choices that you can choose from, This evening I got the birthday cake roll for my mother-in-law since her 87th birthday is coming up in a few days. She loved it! I got the key lime pie ice cream roll. It was delicious! The only thing missing was some whipped cream on top. The decor of the parlor is fun. I took some pictures for your enjoyment.

There were a few tables outside to eat; but due to Covid-19 we didn't stay because there were too many people. We ate in the car on our way home.

They also have bubble tea and some other menu choices that I haven't tried. It is hard to settle for anything else when you have so many ice cream goodies.

Parking is ample. It is on Gateway Blvd. I made the mistake of going to Boynton Beach Blvd.

Anything on the menu that says dairy free is actually not dairy free it contains milk Products such as lactose, sodium caseinate, and milk flavor. It’s just not by law able to be called dairy because it’s not fully made of 100% milk similar to dairy creamer. Neither the nondairy ice cream nor the Boba drinks are vegan if that’s what you’re looking for. If you have an allergy to dairy, you should be fine drinking this and eating the ice cream unless it’s contaminated which it is as well. It’s very misleading to say something doesn’t have any milk in it when it actually does. I waited for them to concoct an option for nondairy patrons and was very excited to see that happen but now I’ve just realized I’ve been eating milk when I didn’t think I was eating milk , so if you are vegan This is not the place for you. If you have no issues with this, it is a good place to enjoy a treat, but stay away if you...

i always go to this spot with no issues but this particular time was different. i tried one of their special teas and did not like it so ofc i asked it to be switched out. the guy at the restaurant told me it was okay then i guess the “owner” came over saying there was nothing he can do because i don’t like my drink.. which is weird. he then proceeds to say that the drink i got was popular and i can’t just do into a business and not like something 😂 he even compared his self to publix which is CRAZY because you can literally always return something at publix if you are a unsatisfied customer. anyways i’ll just find another ice cream...
