Witnessed the older gentleman behind the counter be very nasty/racist towards some young Black men who simply walked into the store to pick up food they ordered online. As they entered the store single file not being loud like kids can be or doing anything out of the ordinary he begins yelling at them to not crowd his store and to get out and began to come from behind the counter when the younger guy who’s the cook stopped him and told him they were good kids and had ordered their food prior to coming in. Their mother entered just as the cook was speaking his peace and saw what was happening and turned around and told her sons to as well but one of them was smart and started recording the old man as he mean mugged her hen for the rest of the time they were there. I told my coworker he was racist and to prove it we walked over to the store together. She looks white so he greeted her with a smile and asked how she was and came off as the most respectful human being…, until he saw my face and then his went from smiling to a scowl! For the next 4 or 5 mins he watched to see if I was stealing lmbo! Needles to say I’ll never shop here again! I like the cook though, real good guy!!! This place was the worst place of eating of all my time of eating at any takeout establishment ever first off I would like to say poor customer service experiences ever and the food wasn’t even that great as well. I was recommended here by a friend and I was gonna pass on the torch to other friends, but trust me I will definitely not pass down any torch to anybody else and I would recommend that anybody think twice about eating at this place if you enjoy Horrible customer service experience then by all means go ahead rock out, but never again will I ever eat at this establishment. I’ve never met ruder or a more condescending owner and another habibi that I think is the owners brother in law. I spend a nice house every ten years! You’d think they’d be kind but they’re the worst owners ever!!! And I own a very well known restaurant biz (family) since 1969 in Miami.
