I joined as a member and was told by the San Antonio location to use the app cause of how wonderful and convenient it is. We processed our 2nd reload for the day. My funds were taken. The credits reflected in the app but credits never loaded on the card. I was first told it could take an hour. The second manager Jacklyn stated she could assist us submitting for a refund but I would have to wait for payment to process fully. Meanwhile she would look into it and contact me the following day. I waited. No call. It posted. This occured in a Sunday. I waited patiently until Wednesday. Still no call. I called had to speak with another manager. He said I would have to come in for assistance but that he would contact Jacklyn and call me back. He never did. It's now Thursday and I came in person only to have to speak with another member of management. He said because it was done in the app he cannot help me. He said submit a request online and sent us away. Management on property has not been able to assist me. They have offer no type of compensation what do ever. I'm incredibly disappointed and will never return nor recommend this establishment. I'm out a 100 bucks and my children were left disappointed. Nothing has been done...
Read moreI reserved a birthday party for my 15 yr old online. I paid my deposit had no problem with the time it said was available . I get a call at 8:30 pm telling me my party was canceled because the time is not available. Well if it was not available why did it let me pay my money? Now I have to find a place to have my child’s party. It’s bad enough that I’ve been calling them since last week to ask questions about a party and they took my number and said the party coordinator will call me and they never did . So I called them and finally got a response because I had to keep calling and finally asked for a manager who were all in a meeting and told me to call back later. But my real problem came when Kyra the party manager called me canceling my party then told me I will receive my deposit 5-7 business days . So not only do I have to look for another venue but also have to wait for my money. Oh and the lady was rude and didn’t want to give me corporate phone number. But I also see they do not have one available. Im willing to pay $32 a head for a kid party and still get treated bad. I will not spend my money with this company ever again. Read moreI have never felt like I was taken advantage of and made a fool till this past Saturday. We hosted our teams football banquet at Round 1 in the City of Industry only to feel alone in the party process. I walked in asked an employee for direction of where to go for party check ins. I should if knew I was in trouble when the employee had a blank look. Our party room wasn't ready. That delayed our time I was advised since they were behind, and we were the last party to set up and we will start the party after. I was supposed to have two hostess and had one if that when he wasn't on break or lunch during our scheduled party time. Our arcade cards didn't work I wasn't informed of the process delay and what games can we used. I spent my time trying to order food (our host should have taken care of this, fix or get assistance on the arcade cards. We would get pizza no plates no napkins. We would get pitchers of soda no cups. We were supposed to get fries got them one or twice with no plates no condiments. The wings would come without plates/napkins. Everything came at odd times and never together. What could have been a great experience turned out to be a disaster and I feel...
