The Eagle Uniform Company — Local services in Bremen Township

I walked in and wasn’t even greeted at the door. There must’ve been eight other customers in the store, however, they were not super busy. Most of the customers were waiting on their items to finish getting altered. I spent about 15 to 20 minutes picking out some uniform pants and wasn’t even asked if I needed help. I grab two pairs of pants and make it over to the fitting room. I tried on my pants and came out of the fitting room waiting for someone to assist me. Mind you, there were 3 employees (thin, younger white male with tattoos, a young, short, white female with glasses and wavy hair, and a white, chubby male with a mustache) standing there. I needed one of them to mark off my pants and have them hemmed. I got tired of waiting after not being helped, so I got dressed, put the pants back on the shelf and walked out. Their customer service hasn’t been stellar in the past, but definitely has tanked for the worst. What a shame. To Chicago...

Had to go back to fix an problem with the pants I had gotten from there. One of the workers, a larger woman with grey hair and glasses, was incredibly rude to me and try dismissing me out of the store before actually hearing me out on fixing the problem. I am angered at how she treated me while trying to find a solution. Now I’m left with only one pair of pants for work for the foreseeable future. I am highly disappointed by her conduct and I hope that she improves her customer service skills for the sake...

Its sad one individual can make the whole establishment look bad in my years of getting uniforms done ive never been so insulted I had a pair of pants that had been wash and in the bag where I have cologne I was told because they smelled of cologne they would need to be washed lol so fresh cleaned and a hint of cologne the angry individual can just deny service to someone this embarrassing and wrong but im sure nothing will change other than that great place always have...
