Told me they can't sell to me if I don't have an account, which wasn't a problem Friday. Maybe accounts are only needed on Tuesdays? Oh well, no matter. Amazon can next day the exact same part at a slightly better price with a return policy no less, directly from the parts manufacturer! Funny how the manufacturer doesn't need me to have an account. Amidst a global pandemic and recent flash flood accumulating rains I couldn't think of a better time to be human, apparently they could. Read moreI ordered parts from Johnstone on Saturday from their crestwood location and the 2 men working said it would be in today neither person asked me to pay for it , these parts are in their interconnected store , so the counter women who’s is as ignorant as can be said they don’t bring the parts if our company didn’t pay for them, my contention is that it’s coming From there interconnected location and I was willing to pay for it when I picked up part. So I went today to get the part and it wasn’t there. I been using this supplier long before this owner took over when both previous owners past away. I stopped using this Johnstone in crestwood due to these issues. So the person that loses out isn’t our company but the customer who’s has no heat. It’s apparent that this company is a left leaning company and does not care about there customers and the end users the freezing customers.
