Yo dudes. y'all got me hella messed up. Ik ur a games store and have to make money but tell me why i paid either 26 or 30 some odd dollars (can't find exact transaction date atm sometime around march or april 2025) on an aftermarket 360 controller from you guys and it had or better yet has stick drift in the left thumbstick since the first day i took it home. Ofc i didnt even try to go in and resolve this b/c ik you guys would pull some dkoldies type bs with your no returns policy. Since then i've thrown this controller b/c real gamers do stupid stuff like that, and taken the rubber cover off the left thumbstick out of frustration b/c its the only controller i have and sometimes twisting the thing with so much force makes it work ok for 3 mins. Ofc now u v card holding nerds are going to use ur facts and logic to say it stopped working after i threw it. But ik the truth. Another thing is i'm surprised you guys lasted more than a year having one of the worst real estate locations ever b/c unless ur going West bound on hooper or north on brick blvd you have to cut through a decent amount of traffic to even get to the store. Lastly tell homie with the spyro tattoo to stop saying fair enough to everything and make him act like he wants people in the store. Ya know, theres people out there that are knowledgable about games but also not afraid to do basic customer service, especially with black and brown folk. The same day i bought the controller there was a large black man and his son trying to trade in games and spyro tattoo was almost pissing his pants trying to deter them from trading in games. "Uh uh you need an id to traddddde in..." he says to a child then bucks up when his father steps in. I don't want anything from you guys, i just want y'all to do better. Read moreI went to one of the old locations before they relocated and the staff was super friendly. I went in to sell a few games, he helped me get a price and treated me with a smile. Today I walked into this location. I’ve never seen a worse attitude from an employee than the bald guy with the beard. I asked him for it he stayed silent. He was so not down to look at anything I had to offer. After that, I shower him my DS. Told him I wasn’t sure if it worked and asked him if he had an extra charger I can borrow for a sec just to see if it turns on. They didn’t have an extra one. My friend bought one and when I asked to use an outlet, he said no. I told my friend right in front of this guys face that if I knew that this DS worked, I would have bought a charger, and a few games too. Told my friend I’ll order it on Amazon and the employee did nothing to intervene.
