So where do i start. It was a mess to begin with. I actually forgot to give a review but i had to. I shouldve even told the manager but i feel like he should be held accountable. He shouldve known better. Well for one the waitress. She was not the kindest person to begin with. She wasnt too attentive. I think i didnt even see her only until i called for her and when she beought my food. Whoxh to be honest it was a guy who brought our food. But i whwn i was about to eat some bread. And took out the knife that was rolled from that little black napkin. Man, it had pieces of food still stuck on the knife then i looked at the fork. Same thing. I dont know if she was doing this on purpose but it was disgusting. I even took a picture of it. And she exchanged it not once but three times! I really dont know why i stuck around to be honest. But i was already having a bad experience. This lady just kept bringing me dirty silverware. I cant really blame it on her but what the hell! Who is on top of the people who clean dishes. Nasty people who dont care about others if they get sick. Thats a bacterial infection waiting to be happen. So they dont clean their dishes at home. Is that how nasty they are and dirty. Come on man. Like be concious of the people coming to eat here. The food was ehhh. And i love outback but never in all my years of coming to this place have i ever had anything like this happen. Its like its falling apart. Makes you think theyll be out of business in a year or two. A health inspector needs to check this place out because im sure its a health violation. Never again. Ive litterally placed an X on this place. Ive been to the one in south carolina, north carolina and now here at brick. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves. This place needs to do better. These people who clean need to be checked or have two to 3 people check the silverware becayse its dusgisting. Here ill show a pic of it. Read moreI never thought I'd be giving this place a poor review. It definitely went downhill on service. We went for dinner on a Friday night at 5:30. We were seated immediately and did the call ahead wait list. Our server was on top of things as far as refills and such, but we were rushed like I've never been anywhere! I never even took my coat off because our server was at the table every few seconds initially. Bread came out, our app came out within seconds, and in under a minute, our salad was out. In less than 5 minutes, entrees were out. We couldn't finish anything. Our table was cluttered with food we weren't ready for, and everything went cold. By the time we got to the entrees, we just asked for boxes rather than have everything reheated. We had a toddler with us, and we don't get out often, so this was extremely disappointing. The server was trying to upsell everything, which, having been in this industry, i understand to an extent, but it's annoying as the customer. If I need something additional, I'll ask. Then, our server took our payment at the table and asked us how much gratuity we were leaving, which I found to be extremely rude. It's not ok to pressure customers like that. We felt like we were buying a car rather than having dinner. We spent over $100 on cold food that we didn't get to enjoy at all. I don't think we'll be back. Read moreFood was the worse! Had ribeye. Asked for it to be medium. Came out medium rare. Could not chew it. I also ordered coconut shrimp, received grilled instead. Told the expediter thst it was supposed to be coconut shrimp. He took my whole plate to the back. Came back a few minutes later with my plate, no shrimp but can clearly see where he scrapped off the old shrimp, put my plate back in front of me and said the shrimp will be out in a few. Received the shrimp, not very edible. My best guess was freezer burnt. Just didnt have the right texture or taste. Wife ordered filet mignon, again medium, but came out well done! I mean, WELL DONE! Ordered a draught beer. Asked if I wanted small or large. Asked for large, was brought out a small. No refills of drinks offered. No asking how everything was. Neither of us finished our meals. Received Togo containers. As a restaurant worker, not eating either meal would trigger at the very least a "was everything ok?", but we received nothing. Regardless of the service and the quality of the food, we paid out 98.00 bill. Left a 20% cash tip and will chock it up to a bad experience and will not be returning. 100.00 is a lot for 2 seniors to be spending on was was basically fast food steakhouse. Very disappointing!
