I purchase some food items online and it was delivered. I didn't received all my items, I called the store to 2 mins after the delivery to inform them there were one specific item I didn't receive in the bag. I told them I had a digital receipt of what I paid for, and they gave the run around.

I was told to come in and show them the receipt. I told them there was not a physical paper receipt in the bag but I have the digital receipt on my phone with the same information, because it's an online purchase. I went to the store and showed them the digital receipt with the transaction time stamp, and all items listed out with the total amount I paid, and these people still didn't let me pickup the rest of the missing items that I paid for.

They didn't even offered to credit back my account, which all I wanted was the item, because accidents do happen. It was an honest mistake on the person shopping for the items.

This was not my first time shopping online with them. I've done it all throughout the pandemic, I have long list of shopping transactions with them, and their quick to take my money, now one issue and their giving me a hard time.

I would not shop here again! I'll spend my hard earn money at the Farmer's Market on...

They have Melona bars!!!!!! They're my FAVORITE ice cream bars/popsicles and NOWHERE ELSE SELLS IT other than Costco's single yearly bulk summertime order. I found this place when the company told me this was the nearest location that sells their items to my town. I'm SO glad I reached out!!!

They have lots of really good items, many you can't find at the bigger stores like Stop & Shop, with VERY nice prices. VERY nice meat and seafood sections with a wide range of standard to exotic products, spices, and produces

The best part is it has a WIDE range of multicultural food sections that have more, authentic options than the big name supermarkets (e.g. - Asian, Indian, Spanish, etc. Even more specific cultures within those wider examples)

The one drawback is it's REALLY busy and kinda cramped, but to me that just means they do a very good job and have good quality products

I'll definitely be coming more often!! I LOVE to cook and they have SUCH a nice range of spices and flavors, I'm VERY excited to explore the store in length. This genuinely might have become my new favorite supermarket

The only thing I'm upset about is that I wish the location was...

Been here a few times they're pretty limited in variety compared to Stop & Shop's in just about every area except the Seafood dept. which is the best you will find in the area that's why I gave them 3 stars...this market needs to go back to the drawing board when it comes to the layout it's pretty bad how spread out items the should be in a connected isle is actually on the the other end of the market... update: I entered this market comparing it to all others which wasn't even remotely fair being it literally lives up it's name Food Bazaar! While they may not have a large variety of the same items that's due to their vast selection of exotic choices you won't find anywhere else except at a international market in NYC! Their Asian food selection is unmatched by anyone in the area they have become my new go to market for exploring new dishes which is a welcome change from the typical dishes that we all used to... give them a look you won't be...

10/10 best place to get Caribbean, Chinese, Spanish and all the above items. Love it me and my mom live in Wolcott that’s 30 minutes away and we drive here just to shop every other month. Spend about $1000 on groceries and they last us forever “till the next month needed😂” but u get my point love it 👏🏽clean and their PA SYSTEM even asks you to report to the front desk if there’s any trash on the floor when you’re going through the aisles. Best prices hands down for bulk shopping and there’s an app for coupons🤷🏽‍♀️what better spend That’s me btw 😁

I used to go to the Food Bazaar in MT Vernon. And I was so happy to see one of these in CT. These places are true international grocery stores. The food comes from every Caribbean/West Indian island, every Latin American country, AND they have some awesome Asian delights. I went in today after not being in for a few months and there was a whole new selection of vegetarian Asian options. It's way better than that We're website and you walk out with the stuff you buy. I'll start coming back more regularly.

Food Bazaar is worth the trip for the best variety of the freshest fruits and vegetables. Fresh meat market with butchers, and a fresh fish market too! Bright, beautiful, and clean grocery mart! My only con was that many employees did not speak English, which made it a challenge to ask about fruits and veggies that I had never seen before. That will not deter me from traveling to shop there though. You can also find your usual grocery store items also.
