Pissed as HELL.Called hotel, book on the phone with who ever answered the phone (I didn't get a name), never the less, I asked for two rooms double beds because it will be 4 adults staying but only 3 adults came. What I got was one room and two beds because the person who booked me on the ph. failed. Keisha the manager tried to accommodate me but to no success they were sold out, fully booked . After paying for the first room and after finding out I wasn't able to get a second room we had to canceled my trip because I had paid for a room with my debit card and had no money left on it because they (Sleep Inn) takes 3-5 days to refund my money back to my card. Talk about being left out in the cold. I'm still shaking because I'm sooooo pissed.

Place is disgusting, for a newer hotel I'm kind of suprised. Trash was full of diapers, the floor had not been mopped in a while, and the smell of the room was bad. People in the room above can be heard loudly as they walk around. I stay in a lot of hotels but this one is poorly run. I would avoid this hotel.

Other than the crazy LED blinky smoke alarm, GREAT stay, tasty breakfast, clean and comfy room. Great place to crash.

Checked in at 2am after working all night and travelling to 17 different cities in 17 days.||We’re given our 3 double rooms. There was a breakfast sign at reception saying weekdays breakfast 6am - 9am and weekends 7am - 10am. We have travelled to enough hotels to know that’s its always best to double check the breakfast time.||The miserable receptionist told us that breakfast on a Friday was until 10am. We asked twice at reception for her to confirm this as it was contrary to the sign at reception and queried if Friday was considered a weekend day or not. She said “breakfast is til 10 tomorrow.”||So the 6 of us set our alarms accordingly as we needed as much sleep as possible. I checked the information booklet in the hotel room and it said breakfast was 6am - 9am through the whole week and weekend. ||Confused by these 3 different breakfast times we were given we called reception again to ask about this and she was clearly annoyed at us asking and said she works in the mornings and breakfast was on until 10am. 100%.||Guess what?! We get down to breakfast at 9:30am and there was nothing there. We booked this hotel explicitly for the complimentary breakfast and because of incompetent staff and management there was nothing there for us. ||On top of this one of our double rooms was dirty as though someone had been working in dirt and dragged their mess through the room. It took 30 mins to get changed to another room which only had one bed and were made to feel we were of great inconvenience because we wanted a clean room that we paid for.||When we spoke to the manager in the morning about our issues with the hotel we were told “ pay attention to the breakfast sign as every hotel has a sign for breakfast and it’s always right”. Ah so it’s our fault. Either your sign is wrong or your staff are incompetent and not trained properly. We were spoken to in a way that was 🤷‍♂️ What you gonna do about it? Manager then told us there was no way to be reimbursed for one room due to the inconvenience caused to us as it wasn’t something she had the authority to do. When we asked who we could talk to that could help us resolve this issue, she said the owner doesn’t live in the country so there’s no way we could be reimbursed.||Awful and frustrating experience that could have been reaolved with some decent customer service.||We won’t be staying at a sleep inn again. We were offered $25 but would have to go through our 3rd party hotels.com in a convoluted manner. ||Throughly disappointing....

If I could rate my stay at a zero I would. We checked in on Thursday night after our flight was delayed so we were tired. We went to sleep and after waking up we finally had a chance to check out the room. Upon looking in the bathroom we found there was no trash bag in the trash, there was hair and a gooey substance in the shower, and a small puddle of blood on the floor that looked like it had come from a tampon lying on the floor for quite some time. The floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. There are spilled things on the counter, no bag for the ice container, and stains EVERYWHERE! A majority of the front desk staff is so unbelievably rude. We went down the first morning to complain. We were promised that it would get cleaned and we wouldn't have any issues. So we packed up all of our stuff to ensure that it would be fully cleaned. We get back around 10:30, and the only thing the housekeepers did was put a garbage bag in the trash can in the bathroom and proceeded to put the garbage can OVER the puddle of blood instead of cleaning it. Again, we go down to complain. She says "I would clean it but my shift is about over and I'm going home." So at this point there is no housekeepers to clean it and she says theres nothing they can do until tomorrow. She tells us a manager would be in tomorrow (Saturday) and we go down to talk to the supposed manager to find out shes not a manager at all and again theres nothing they can do for us. We were supposed to be comped for the first night and we weren't. Theres no vending machines on the property. Since Friday there has not been a single manager to talk to even though there is a note on the wall that says there is one. We have been told time and time again and he is not available. Yesterday morning there was a group of staff in the lobby refusing to work because they hadn't been paid...I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. This...

If I could give a negative review I would. Booked a room here for NYE, so that we could be close to the airport for my 87 year old mother-in-law's early morning flight back home. Had problems during booking with one credit card, so used another. Arrived at the hotel to find it closed for renovations. Called Choice to get my points and money refunded to the card, was told it is a non-refundable reservation that I agreed to, they offered to place the points back on my account, but refused to refund the card. Drove to a Quality Inn close by but they had no handicapped rooms available. Ended up going to Best Western down the road, only to have that 1st credit card be declined for a room. Used the other card to book the room and got her settled into our room. When I called the credit card company to find out why it was restricted, discovered that there are SIX pending transactions from Choice. It is freezing outside, with a winter storm moving in, I should have been able to check into my room, however had to search for another hotel, on NYE, then deal with an absolutely clueless customer service agent, then spend another hour on the phone with Fraud Protection to unblock her credit card that Choice attempted to charge. And now, STILL have to call her Credit Union to contest the charge that they did post. And we timed our arrival to be able to settle into our room and order food to be delivered. By the time we got into a room, our only choice for delivery is Dominos. I have been a Diamond Elite member since 2012. I travel heavily for work. I am the one books rooms for my company for traveling retail construction crews. Usually 15-20 rooms, for anywhere from 1-12 weeks. Calculate the fact that I have a CHOICE of which chain I use. Tonight made a solid decision for me that my CHOICE will be for Choice Hotels will NEVER AGAIN get...
