Just had the worst experience here. I didn't get anything to stir my coffee with so I asked my server for something, no big deal, but then my food came and I still had to ask for silverware. The bacon had a super off taste and was over cooked, my scrambled eggs were runny ( how do you do that?), and my French toast was dry af, but drowning in a pool of butter. I chalked it up to this just ain't the same place it used to be, the waitress never checked back in with me to see if it was okay. She came by several minutes later and dropped my check off. The worst part about this whole thing is I couldn't even leave . I tried to check out, I stood there giving the Im ready look to anyone whod even glace at me. There were only 6 customers in the whole restaurant. I was the only one trying to check out . I had to wait for 10+ minutes for anyone to help me. During that time, 3 members of the staffed looked at me including my waitress, but no one came to check me out. I seriously was ready to throw my ticket on the floor and walk out. Not worth my...
Read moreThis was my 1st time ever experiencing any First Watch location. The pancakes were so delicious and HUGE, like entire plate size. It was nice to have the option between turkey, pork or even chicken sausage, but the pork sausage was just ok. The potatoes were a bit under cooked and weren't seasoned, beyond my personal request to add red peppers and onions. But back to the delicious pancakes, my daughter (3) ordered the chocolate chip pancakes and she nearly ate the entire thing, it too was massive. The service overall was good, given I had a party of 16, I wished they'd given us 2 waitresses to accommodate the party size as that many people for one person can be overwhelming. Surprisingly though the wait was about 45min for us. Which isn't bad for such a large number of guest. Oh and the bathrooms were clean! Overall I wished the food was a bit better (except the pancakes...those were delicious) but the...
Read moreBeen going here off and on since it opened. Quality has gone down each year, with this year and last year being the worst. Didn't want to write a review a couple months ago, but with today I had to.
The seasonal hash was really salty, like the last steak hash. I think they use pre cooked steak that already has been seasoned, and along with that they are over seasoning everything especially with the chorizo being salty already.
The prosciutto toast was only toasted on one side, and that side was still barely toasted, and when the aioli is on there it just makes it soggy. It was a mess to cut through and eating experience wasn't good. Must toast one side harder, dark brown if you're only going to do that.
Water not being filled, to go box not being offered, these aren't a big deal. Food is the most important part
They have fun options that we go back for, but the past couple times have been a...
