Worst customer service ever!!!... I went there to get teriyaki chicken and they were out of it. They told me I had to wait 20min for more. When I was ordering something else, I saw a huge teriyaki chicken bowl coming out from the kitchen, so of course, I asked my server for that entree. But the server, with the name tag VIYU, told me that ALL of that chicken was sold for on line orders, and drive through customers and they weren't able to give 1 order of it - and I mean it was a mountain of chicken. I didn't know customer waiting in line were given the least importance over online and drive through orders. I asked her if she was sure they were going to run out of chicken that it wasn't possible to give 1 order and she replied "NO", because they have many online orders (all of this was in the worst manners and poor customer service). I had to get something else. After ordering something I did not want, I realized the chicken servings were still full with plenty to be served for customers waiting in line. Finally, a really nice gentleman who saw the unjust attitude of the server (VIYU), served us a side of teriyaki chicken, which I really appreciated because according to her, that wasn't enough teriyaki chicken for me. I don't know how somebody like her can be there serving people, because she has NO idea about what customer service is nor how to talk to customer in a courteous and professional manner. Good luck if you go there and...
Read moreTerrible experience tonight at this store in St Ann Missouri. Not only did I wait in line INSIDE for 20 minutes AFTER they took my order just to be told that by the time they started plating my order they're now out of teriyaki. However, I had to watch them make multiple online orders ahead of mine which included teriyaki, but the little that was offered to my order was raw. The employee then tells me that they haven't dropped anymore & I can wait another 25 minutes but my other food will be cold by then. I asked to speak to the manager, was told they aren't in the store right now, but can call them for me. They proceed to take 2 other orders before contacting the manager, then hands me a piece of paper, tells me to just call them & asks if I still want the food or not. I did call the manager, however little was offered for my time or frustration. I was asked if there was anything they could help me with right now, and I finally told the manager that I went to Raising Canes instead because I had already ordered & received my food by the time it took for them to apologize for my experience.
I wish I could say this was my first poor experience at this location, but this is just one of many. I hope no one else got offered raw chicken just because the staff wasn't paying attention & didn't want to wait for more to be made to...
Read moreSave time and money by sucking on an onion cause that's the only flavor they care to use. They don't serve sweet and sour chicken or pork. There is nothing for little ones to eat. You have to purchase a LG combo if you would like to eat on a plate, which btw it's only a Styrofoam to-go plate. If you get ala carte, you get the Chinese take out box with no plate. My mom and I ordered fried rice, honey walnut shrimp, lo mein, crab rangoons, and an apple pie roll. Instead of getting plates, we were expected to eat out of the same cartons. Gross. So leftovers is out of the question. Fried rice was not even browned, dry, and lacked any flavor at all. Coconut shrimp was just wet breading, lo mein had no sauce you could taste. It was like undressed noodles with an entire onion suffocating it. Most drinks were just bottles you could have gotten at the gas station. Pie roll up was hard chewy not soft crunchy and very little filling. Rangoons were inexpensive but inedible. It's chunky cream cheese with chive and onion. It should be whipped and have flavors. We threw our food away (every bit of it) and had to accept $$$ wasted since we had to go to McDonald's for takeout to bring home to the boys and cook something for ourselves for dinner. The staff enjoyed their jobs as much as we enjoyed the food. How is this...
