I ordered on the app around 7:48. Said it would be ready at 7:57. I get there around 8pm and go straight to the pickup area. There are 3 people working there that I can see, and none of them acknowledge my existence as I'm just waiting to recieve my drink that I see sitting on the counter. Mind you I'm the only customer on the inside and I think they maybe had one car on the outside. I'll give one of the girls a pass (the one who finally gave me my drink but didn't ask for my name) because I could see she was working on another order. But the other two were busy talking, laughing, especially the guy who stood around doing nothing. Not a single hi from any of them. I've never felt so invisible when I go here earlier in the day. I'm trying not to judge too hard, but then when I get home there's a giant chunk of ice in my drink. Luckily, it still tastes good.

Mr. Pig (featured in the photo) was very disappointed after our visit. He was able to be brave at the big bad vets office and all his shots(Rock Road Animal Hospital, they are pawesome) with the promise of a Pup Cup from Starbucks. I asked for one at the drive thru along with my order and he lost his little doggy mind with excitement. The coveted Pup Cup was within mere licking distance! We pulled up and the lady in the drive thru hands me my coffee.... and nothing for Mr. Pig. He demanded that I turn around and let him talk to the manager about this grievous oversight however we settled on just writing this review. I hope Starbucks has not gotten rid of the Pup Cup, too many sweet babies out there are needing a pick me up after the vet....

DO NOT PARK IN BUSY HOURS. The layout is the stupidest thing ever designed. It just took roughly 45 minutes to get my coffee and leave the location. If you park in the lot you have to wait for someone in the drive through line to let you out of your spot, then wait in the drive through line up until the order screen where it widens to get out. The parking lot does not accommodate two cars next to each other and is a one way so you have to sit in the drive through line to get out. Save your time and just go through the line, or just skip this location all together. Waiting 45 minutes isn’t worth it. I gave 2 stars because inside and employees were nice.

Okay let me start by saying I'm not that generous with gold stars but then again I don't feel the need to rate my good experiences, I just find the whole rating thing kinda douchey... However this store seems to get a lot of flack and I was just looking up their number to thank them personally. I pulled up at 11am on a Monday a relatively busy time and they moved people thru like it was their job, in that moment I realized it was. When I arrived at the speaker I ordered my usual but I wanted a breakfast sweet and I don't have the best eyesight so I asked what the employee's favorite treat was. "Coffee cake!" he exclaimed enthusiastically. "Would you like it warm? Thats how I would get it!" Sounds good, I replied. Then I pulled around to this bearded man who appeared to miss a shave for the last few moths. So I thought to myself I guess that was some lady who recommended the coffee cake. Then outta no where the miniature lumber jack said" Bada bing, bada boom it's gonna be $8.43!!" in high pitched squeal, faster and higher than any man should or could say it. As if he'd been snorting Starbuck's coffee beans in secret. Then I handed him the cash and he smiled ear to ear almost dancing as he put it in the drawer. Then said" there's the cash, time to dash with a splash of the good stuff!!" Happy as the bearded Christmas Elf that he appeared to be. Minus a little creative licensing this is an exact occurrence. If you want quality, speedy service with the enthusiasm of a Christmas elf that catches you of guard due to the slammin beard that most men carry after they forget to take their Zoloft all month. This is the place to go!! I was so distracted by his antics I drove away without getting my...

$100 Starbucks visit……

I went through the drive thru- ordered a tea latte and pup cup. The girl working the drive thru window took my debit card inside with her. I realized she still had it so I parked and went inside. She gave it back to me. Several days later, there were unauthorized charges, starting with loading a Starbucks card (you know, to try it out). She then proceeded to steal money two more times, and attempted a third. Luckily by that time I caught on and the bank canceled my card. I went inside the Starbucks to speak with a manager at this point. She looked at me and she did not speak much or really give me anything but a receipt copy. She did not reassure me that the issue would be taken care of or even investigated. As far as I’m concerned, Starbucks owes me some money. I’ve not been back since. This was a month or two ago. I was never followed up with. I opened a corporate complaint case with no updates. Unfortunately I won’t be able to go back to Starbucks, even for a pup cup. For all I know, that girl is still working there and could take a photo of my new debit card. Starbucks why have you gone so far down hill! If the girl is still working there, she can be identified by her frequenting wingstop and IMOs on natural bridge road...

Went here because I had a $10 gift card I’d had in my email for months, and I was really excited to use it. Made my purchase, sat down, and waited. And waited. And waited. I was here for probably 15+ minutes (and have now been here for 30 minutes) and they hadn’t even started on making my drink. The girl who took my order was energetic and nice (at 5:30 A.M.) so props to her. But the other two employees (a woman handling drive-thru orders and a pink-haired employee, maybe the manager) were entirely silent, no personality, not welcoming at all. When my mom and I inquired about when our drinks would be ready, the cashier went to check and came back to tell us the drinks were just being started. Absolutely unacceptable. If I had to be at my job, I’d demand a refund and just have to leave. Also, another customer entered the building, placed his order and paid for it, and no one started making it. He didn’t even have time to get a cash refund because he was late for work. As it is, I will never be coming back to this location. As I write this, a customer who arrived here 15 minutes after me, just left with her complete order. This is so unprofessional and very...
