Beaver Station Cultural & Event Center — Attraction in Beaver

From the moment we wanted to set up a tour at the Beaver Station for our potential wedding venue we knew it was going to be special. Making the initial phone call and speaking with Leanne, hanging up almost after an hour I had felt like I knew her my whole life. Leanne and her staff are the most sweetest and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met! When we drove through the adorable town pulled up and then walked into the Beaver Train Station to tour we were amazed. Fast forward to our wedding day on 10.7.2023 the start of the morning until the moment we walked out of the Train Station on our wedding night we were treated with patience, kindness, and respect. The staff is so supportive, knowledgeable, communicative, and again patient. I was a bride who had ai many questions & Leanne always had the answers or suggestions to help make the planning process go smoothly! Leading up to our wedding we felt the support we needed and the staff understood our vision. Leanne sat with me on the phone as I explained my vision & helped make our perfect vision come to life! The day of the wedding was flawless. Myself, my bridesmaids, and my family were treated so well and we had a beautiful morning getting ready. Our day of coordinator set up the entire venue and my vision translated absolutely perfectly. The day of coordinator Lindsey kept us on our timeline and gave us updates on how the day was panning out. The rest of the day couldn’t have been more perfect! Lindsey helped handle all of our vendors and coordinated every detail so that myself and my husband Sean did not have a thing to worry about. I couldn’t have been more happy with how our wedding day went! We never wanted it to end and the Beaver Train Station is definitely a hidden gem of a venue with the rustic, historic and elegant...

Beautiful, fun venue. We loved the trackside courtyard. It offered a little bit of a separation for guests who wanted to dance and roam with guests who wanted to just sit and chat in the dining room. I didn’t feel like I needed to have a lot of decorations either, because the walls and floor were already a beautiful gold/antique design. Very fun for guests when the trains went by at this renovated train station venue! We had about 125 guests, and that was about the max that would fit in the dining room. I’d recommend weddings here that are just a little smaller than that because it was tight to move around in the dining room. The venue coordinator we had that day was Layla and she was awesome! Really went above and beyond to solve issues and make the day go smoothly. Also loved the spacious dressing room downstairs and plenty of parking outside. Price for this venue was a little bit cheaper than most too, which was very helpful. Pictures are from our wedding...

My husband Corey and I would love to thanks Leanne and our day of coordinator Layla. Leanne helped us since day one of us choosing The Beaver Station with anything we needed. Leanne is very responsive and offered us great advice for day of events. Layla our day of coordinator was amazing! She had everything set up and ready down to the smallest details just the way I wanted it. She was always near to help Corey or I.
