I was very pleased with my experience at Allan Jewelers. Kevin did a great job helping me pick out both an engagement ring and later a wedding band for my current wife. I gave him vague ideas of what she wanted and he was able to suggest exactly what I was hoping to find. The diamond stone that I purchased was too large for the setting that I picked, so he helped to custom build a mount that would fit the diamond. Later, when it came time to purchase the wedding band, we ordered the matching band for her engagement ring. The band that arrived was mismatched to her ring (through design by the company, not Kevin's fault!). Kevin once again custom built a ring to be a perfect match to her engagement ring. Additionally, when I purchased the engagement ring, Kevin was kind enough to pay for the insurance for 1 year. Nearly a year later, I purchased both wedding bands from Kevin. He not only insured those two wedding bands for free, but he also renewed the insurance on the engagement ring for another year complementary. Allan Jewelers employs the kindest, most knowledgeable and accommodating people! I recently went to their Beaver location with “an idea” for my 36 year old engagement ring, which had previously been attached to a jacket, that had a few diamonds and the birthstones for our two children. I wanted to add the birthstone of my husband & I and also one for our granddaughter. Allan’s knew exactly what I was explaining & when I picked it up…. I was beyond pleasantly surprised!! My ring is more beautiful than ever!!! Following that, I had seen, on the Internet, a specific Alex & Ani bracelet that I needed by a certain date…. Turned out that particular bracelet was new and they were out of stock…. BUT, they went above and beyond to try and get the bracelet by the date I needed it…. And they succeeded!!
