Read moreThe first ever visit I went in for an Iphone XS Max speaker and microphone problem. Once it failed the test, I was given a new phone no problem. There was no charge for anything because I pay insurance every month for this exact reason. 4 months later and the phone from them started giving me the same issues. So thinking it would be the same experience as before I made an appointment and went in. When I first arrived it seemed like the staff didn't know what they were doing. Maybe new? So after the tests they did failed again, they said it showed I had no insurance and they could fix it for a $79 cost. Made no sense as it was the same issue as before and having it for only 4 months there should be no issues this soon. The staff was rude and cocky. Went to Verizon right after and got a replacement phone at no cost because I have insurance. Which geek squad clearly didn't care to see this time....
Read moreThese guys completely screwed up my computer just moving data from my old machine to my new one. Old one never worked again after they did it. When I asked them to look at my old machine that they messed up, they informed me it would be 3 days and I would have to pay them to diagnose it, even though they screwed it up, they didn't care, nor did there manager. Needless to say I will never trust these idiots to even change a battery, and I will never shop at Best Buy as they would not help this...
