If I could give this taco bell 0 stars then I would. I came here tonight and waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins before getting to the speaker. Once at the speaker I waited at least another 5 mins before someone finally came to take my order. I was very polite to the person because I understand it's easy to get behind and it wasn't a huge deal to me at the time, however, the man that took my order was extremely rude to me. After taking my order he tells me it's going to be at LEAST a 20 min wait for my food (there are two cars in front of me and I ordered 3 tacos and a cup of water) at first I thought I didn't hear him right so I asked him to repeat himself, he snapped back at me that there would be a 20 min wait for my food and asked of I still wanted the food. I asked of it would really take 20 mins to make 3 tacos and he said "Yes, there's only so many of us here right now. , you want the food or no?" I told him I couldn't wait that long because at that point it would put me late to work, he said ok. At this point one of the two cars ahead of me had left so there was just one car in front of me, I asked him if he could have the car pull up because I was trapped in line with 4 cars behind me. For whatever reason he could not understand what I was asking of him and kept asking if I wanted the food, I kept telling him no and told him i need to leave the line, please ask the car at the window to move so I could leave the line, he ignored me and said nothing. After waiting 10 more mins at the speaker with the car still at the window I called back to him, I told him I needed to leave now, please ask the car to pull ahead, again he just kept asking if I wanted the food. I ended up being 15 mins late to work and the best part was, when I drove past the window there were 3 workers standing around talking to each other. I understand that sometimes places get behind, but asking someone to wait 20 mins to make a couple tacos is ridiculous. I tried being polite to the workers because I understood that it might not be their fault, perhaps some people didn't show for their shift, but when your having people in your drive thru line for over 40 mins maybe try at least being polite to them. It seems like every time I go to this taco bell I'm there for an absurd amount of time. I'm not sure how they are running this place but it must not be very well if they they have this many people not showing to their shift or being outrageously slow. I will not be back to...
Read moreI placed an order for over $50 for pick-up, this location was absolutely slow at the time too, the store had plenty of staff present and goofing off as well. No shame people are allowed to have fun at work, however, when fully staffed also expected to fulfil orders with accuracy. Had to wait for about 30 minutes, not the end of the world, but still a frustration that added on to the experience. After waiting we received our order and went to go home, since we ordered for a party and had too many items to check for ourselves we just took the bags home.
Only to find that several of our ordered items were missing. I spoke with one of the employees there, I’ll leave his name out of it, although he was sluggish and a bit rude, but when I told him about our missing menu items, I was met with he can only handle the issue if we were to return to the store same day. I understand that company policies are in place, but I when you are a regular and buying Taco Bell for a whole party, you’d hope that they could make more of an attempt to reconcile lost product.
Attention to detail is paramount in the service industry and I feel big titans like Taco Bell start developing a sense of entitlement when it comes to disgruntled experiences.
In an area like Brighton there are several places that can replace Taco Bell for an order, especially since their prices aren’t as cheap as they used to be back in the day.
If you’re going to charge the same price of a taco as local spots like El Toro, right next door, or El Arbol right down the road… you might want to focus on the things you can provide that competition can not: speed of service, and accuracy!
Very disappointed in this Taco Bell and will NOT be returning, due to poor customer service, poor speed of service, and poor accuracy!
Do better,...
Read moreOrder # e7be0b Time: 12:15PM Worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. I went up here on a work run for the boss because he wanted lunch and we were busy. The first problem was with the robot ordering. I was speaking clearly into the device and when it sent me through it would not let me change the order. I get up to the window and asked CHANDLER C to please fix the order and he would not. I couldn't understand why because he didn't have any problem entering them in. I stated the order was not for myself and his words to me, very rude by the way, "Even more of a reason I don't need to fix it." I couldn't believe the nerve of this guy. Told me to drive back around if I wanted. I HAVE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME. The order was WRONG to begin with and I had to go into the store to order again. By the time I got back the food was cold. CHANDLER is exactly the kind of person you do not want working at your establishment. He was rude and refused to fix a problem that is entirely the stores fault and wasted time. I wouldn't be surprised if more people have had this experience. My highlights are A.) Lose the robot ordering. B.) Fire CHANDLER and trim the fat of bad employees. C.) Allow people to fix orders at the window to prevent people from having poor experiences. I think it would be fair to have our...
