Firstly, the Drunken Noodle was easily the worst I have ever had. No Thai uses the wrong style of noodles to start with for drunken noodles. It was more of a salty soup than noodle dish, nearly inedible because of the salt. I can only imagine the daily allowance in a single meal. Secondly, the woman at the counter never even looked up from her phone to ‘help’ me. I asked if my order was ready and she pointed to the other end of the counter saying that might be it. No hello. No thank you. No goodbye or have a nice day. I have no reason to return to the Brighton store. And I’ll never order drunken noodle again.

Try this place on a whim after it was recommended by a coworker. I would also now recommend it for anybody that likes a quick Thai meal. The prices appear to be a bit expensive for the display of what you get, however the food quality and taste make up for it. The service at this location was quick and friendly. We will definitely come back again when we’re in the area. We ordered the pad Thai and spicy chicken. If you’re not used to some heat, I would recommend little or no sauce. I think you might be losing the flavor if you have no sauce, but it tends to be a little spicier.

This was my first time at a No Thai! and I will not be returning. As an Asian, I do appreciate that they say it's Asian inspired because it definitely is not authentic. I ordered an $11 fried rice with beef and have never eaten rice so wet and sweet. If I didn't know better I'd say they stewed it in a syrup. Veggies were mushy like the rice and offered no texture. I gave it 2 stars because service was friendly and food was uncomfortably hot even after a 12 min drive home. (Also I used my own spoon because who eats rice with a fork?)

I just had the saddest experience at the brighton no thai. I called and asked for an order of gang gai. The woman was completely mystified as to what I was saying , and resorted to saying she couldn't understand me. Finally I got someone else who understood the term "gang gai" but said they didn't have it but offered #12 as an alternative. I told him that I'd recently ordered gang gai at the 4th street store in Ann Arbor but it didnt natter--they didnt have it. I made a mistake and said I'd gotten it two days earlier when it was more like two months just before the covid mess it.

I remember the first day No Thai! was open on S University in Ann Arbor. They certainly have expanded, but at the cost of competence. I did get gang gai at the 4th street store; it was pretty good. I guess they were able to wing it be cause they knew what gang...

This was the absolute worst Thai food i’ve ever experienced in 40 years (actually probably the worst restaurant/take out experience i’ve had in a very long time…and I spent years in Lansing and Southfield, so that’s saying something)…coconut curry should not be watered down, oily broth with literally no flavor whatsoever! we ordered 3 dishes and they were all so incredibly bland and the proteins were very rubbery and unappealing. just the worst, most disappointing restaurant/take out experience i’ve had in many years. this may be a “chain” version of Thai food, but for almost $70 for 2 people and what we will likely just throw out, it’s beyond unacceptable. I can’t believe this place has any decent reviews. Just find a real Thai restaurant… I literally picked this place because no other Thai restaurant I frequent was open on a Sunday, and I will...

Its unfortunate to give one star. I love the food hence returning the second day in a row. Here is the problem... I waited 1 hour for my order and although Ann Arbor was closer I chose Brighton location instead. Only to arrive after waiting an hour my entire order wasnt even started and not even made! After re-dueing the order the second time, because the food was wrong, and being told 10 minutes once more, I continued to wait again totaling three times! Its been almost 2 hours just to get the correct order and the food that was missing. Being that I was fully charged after this is beyond crazy. Also the tall boy with red hair that cooks in the back also was very rude, rolling his eyes as he called out my order and then handing me my order was unacceptable. Ill go to the Ann Arbor one...
